He seemed to see implications, ramifications, and dot-connections which few have grasped...then...or now. Despite the nay-saying regarding his JFK assassination assertions...I continue to lean toward Cooper's conclusions. The whole subject of Executive Orders and NSC Memos should probably be meticulously scrutinized. They seem to be end-runs around the Constitution. The implication is that the U.S. Presidency was relinquished or abdicated to a secret organization(controlled by malevolent aliens?). This, if true, is chilling and devastating.
