According to Dr. Masaru Emoto, yes. But remember, his study is not a formal scientific one, so it remains unsubstantiated. However, if you are Catholic and believe in the power of Holy Water, then you may understand that it does work.
Blessing water and food before consumption is a very good idea. Remaining continually thankful.
The study by H. Hu, PhD. is in fact scientific and I feel lends some creedence to the story of Jesus turning water into wine.
What I am suggesting here, based upon both studies, is keeping the water as water but having it radiate the vibration of wine so the cops cant catch you for getting shiznitty and driving.
