Hi Guys
somthing I have noticed is when I put bread out for the birds they tend to ignore it for a day but after it has lain out over night will eat next day. That may be a reflection on what goes into the bread these days.

Has anyone got a list of sacred sites in Scotland? This to have an energy place to meditate from re the nexus thread.
