as i said before, i haven't noticed any change. i live in a deep valley. on dec 21, the sun is just above the horizon. this has not changed in the 18 years i have lived here. if the angle was lower, it would not show above the horizon. dec 21 last, showed no difference. if it did, my solar power system would not operate.
perhaps the change, it it is for real, shows more at lower latitudes. at 56N, there is no change.
