Same for 'reptilianism' from our 'climbing out of the water' prehistoric days. The history of the world is so much more interesting to me, as opposed to the power-obelisk conquest models we get stuffed into our beings. It's experiential.
It started with the Bantu migrations I studied at university - I thought wow, humans settled the world on foot. (Not me - which is why I get bitter, hostile and angry sometimes about my lost, or stolen, 'education').
