Since I live in an area that rains a lot, I'm gonna install an underground cistern (a few thousand liters) that will collect watter from the roof of the house.
A Non-Electric water filters, will make sure there is drinkable water.
For now, an electric pump to send the water to the water-box at the roof of the house... If hell doesn't break loose, at least I'll save some $$ with the water bills
If the power goes down, a Bucket will do the job
