My eight year old neice is taught at home by my sister in law. She is doing an A level mathematics exam this summer, because as she puts it 'its so easy uncle paul!'.

My sister is a teacher who decided enough was enough and teaches her kids at home how she wants to, not how some mandarin at white hall decides.

all four of them are considered at least 4 years ahead of their peers at 'normal schools'. Why? because they are taught to think!
