It has a half second exposure on a small, hand held Olympus camera. I was trying to take pictures of the house at night time (we have new lights on the windows) and saw this smallish (finger nail at arms length) green/yellow object slowly drifting over head. It stopped dead for about ten seconds, and then appeared to switch all its illumination off. I then lost it to the naked eye.
