Thats pretty funny about the tuna line ! Wood heat for an alternate, even a candle will generate enough heat to stay warm to a degree. I would just recommend looking at old the old timer stuff for ideas and apply it to todays standards.

My best guess is that once the " Change " catch phrase has worn out it's due and we get a real good heat wave this summer, this will be the real test as to who we really are and how far our understandings go as a people.

I think it would be fair to say the amount of greed of Certain CEO"s , Bankers, So called Fund managers, Companies such as Enron who stole other energy companies personal retirements by buying their companies outright. I know my employee here , his dad lost his retirement, his life savings $250,000 to enron when they bought his company. To hear of the exectutives of AIG after they get there parachute money take an $82,000.00 hunting trip in england, and that was only for 4 people. And we taxpayers in this country paid for it. How ironic is it for me to be talking about staying warm with a candle to taking a hunting trip with other peoples money for $82,000.00.
Does any of this sound completely insane!!!!

Let me take a deep breath, The disconnect between the good people of this earth (most of us) and the greedy, self centered, shallow I have no life except power and money beings of this earth that just consume oxygen here for the most part is spreading farther and farther apart.

It sounds to me we need to create a great big gigantic fishing pole with dollar bills on it , and someone with some type of influence of the positive kind needs to reel in reality like never before . Until then just as the one gal on this site said , worry about yourself, prepare for yourself and everyone else will follow the light and that is you.

I'm going snowmobiling tonight go clear my head a bit more with fresh air and then stop and have a few pops. All better now I have vented.
