Thanks, those are certainly good points that I'll keep in mind.

I did write down my dreams when they are real enough. Often it's just a sauce of feel and presence. Hard to put into words.

To be honest about the 'past life' experiences. I'm curious and I have the idea that it'd be reassuring to recognise my talents in past professions or so, but it's not really necessary.

If anything is necessary than it's that I don't freak out when I aware in the dark. On a side note there, do after images (or light in my minds eye if you wish, they certainly look like afterimages though, so maybe it's just my eyes) cascade over entities in space?
