My take is that we are all born with innocence and the ability to choose to walk a path of evil or good. Some have the path of evil tought to them at an early age, but they still have the choice weather to go that way or not.
What she was describing here was in my opinion negative disincaranate entities of some sort doing thier best to make thier presence known to her. The people that turned and looked at her simultaniously where probably temporarily being channeled by these kinds of entities. This is a very diverse category of spirit. Seeing the stoy, I would have to guess that they where demons of some sort. I experienced nearly identical the same thing while I was living in a town that was built on top of a massive Civil War battle feild. It happened multiple times while I would be driving down the street. One day every person that passed me in a car zoned out and gave me this dead angry stare. These entities can not hijack an individual unless that individual has been consistently living out of the light in negativity themselves.
