If I am reading the map correctly and have clicked on the right things, It appears that, apart from SOME stretches of the VIC coast, most of the rest of the state will remain inhabitable and dry underfoot and not requiring us to pack an inflatable raft into our survival kits, providing the sea level doesn't rise above 14 Metres (that is the highest level that the map would allow)....

So anywhere inland would be fine...(Aside from the earthquake and volcanic areas )..
