I'm a little confused by my reaction. I had a virus, which has seemed to correct itself, but the primary purpose of taking the MMS, for me was to detox, and hopefully reduce my migraine headaches.

The virus corrected, that's a big positive. If you don't want to get too sick, go slow, don't worry the MMS is working. You'll find out soon like Swanny said.
