Default Re: Fallback (when the web drops)

Are there any official or even unofficial guidebooks or guidelines regarding internet content or commenting? How does one know if the Powers That Be are highly alarmed with what one is communicating...or if the PTB could care less? There may be some people who are very fearful that they are on multiple lists, and are being closely watched...who raise virtually no red-flags with the PTB. There may be some people who think they are no threat to anyone...who in fact are considered to be extremely dangerous by the PTB. In an appropriate forum, it seems possible to communicate very controversial views in a manner which is constructive to society. Conversely, yelling one word, 'FIRE!!!' in a crowded theater...could result in dozens of people being trampled to death. Finding an appropriate audience to communicate with seems to be a key factor. Some people are very sensitive...and could even become suicidal because of certain comments or information. Perhaps some potentially highly upsetting material could be contained in a portion of a site which could only be accessed after viewing introductory sections of the site. Discussing UFO's, NWO, aliens, religion, politics, corruption, conspiracies, controversies, etc. can be potentially devastating to some people (sometimes even me). If we are not responsible...this will provide the PTB with an excuse to censor or even shut-down the internet. Freedom and Responsibility must never be separated. But just in case...I'm going to look into getting some homing pigeons. But heck...they'll probably RFID chip them too!
