Of course we needed the seige at Waco! they were bad people!

(after the Police and Federal agents used the Branch Davidians gun range almost daily, had dinner and often chatted to D Koresh as he jogged outside the perimeter. Had they wanted to arrest him, they could of at any time in the two years before hand he was seen out and about daily.)
