I like how you put that Mercuriel. Sort of like what I often say - birds of feather flock together. There is no way to please everyone all the time, so I don't even try. What I try to do is be in total alignment and integrity with who I am. When someone/s proceed to bash me or portray me as something I am not - I simply remind myself - I know who I am.

I also know a lot of negativity simply comes from one's personal pain. Oneupmanship must degrade the other to feel above the other. I learned to feel compassion for those people and their pain that drives them to this. Oneness is just one step above duality.
