we have some definite strained relations with the US as of late. A woman was accused of "kidnapping" her child and fled here. US wanted to extradite her, but Costa Rica decided to give her amnesty....

well we've been here just about a year now, and heres my 2 cents...

We are on the Caribbean side, and haven't yet ventured over to the Pacific side, mostly because I get the impression its a lot...
