The only plan that seems workable to me is the one given in The Handbook for the New Paradigm.
I'd encourage all to not just read the book, but also to start following the plan.

Almost, but not exactly. About half of my book comes from Journal #47, though the wording is changed, ever so slightly, in several places.
The other half probably comes from another one (or more)...
