Normally I delete them without even looking but this time I didn't and you know what?

I found on the internet enough info to do this C1 profilax on myself and my lovely wife and adjusted both our first vertebreas and I must say it feels fantastic.

It really felt as a gift.
But I can delete the send it on part and leave the idea if you like while I think it is good.
