*Atlantis what was it??*
Just wondering what people think of when they think about Atlantis.
Where is it? Why can't anyone find it? People always talk of it as being a city that has been lost beneath the seas. My thinking is that it was a space ship that has since left. That would fit with a few theories about ET's and even explain how the same measurements etc has been used in the pyramids, Stonehenge etc. If Atlantis was mobile it would make it easy for them to travel the globe. The stories of their technologies always make me think of it as a spaceship, anyone else think this?? |

Re: Atlantis what was it??
My thoughts on Atlantis are it was way more technological advanced than what we have now. Your thoughts on it being mobile deserve research thanks.
Elliot Hughes in his book "The Chaos Theory of Human Evolution" did a excellent job of presenting information concerning Atlantis. I recommend it highly. Mr. Hughes speaks of Thoth and the Emerald Tablets as well as he presents other evidence for consideration. This is his website you can sample or order the book here. http://www.netherworld.com/~walkerk1/ This is a link to the Emerald tablets which speak of Atlantis. http://www.crystalinks.com/emerald.html Love & Peace Trish |

Re: Atlantis what was it??
Hi Swanny,
There was an interesting documentary on the box a few weeks ago (can't remember what it was called, sorry) about an ex-naval guy who's hobby was cartography, he put a fairly strong case together that put Atlantis in Bolivia. He tied it all in fairly well. I will try and find out what it was called & let you know. Perhaps someone else on here has seen it aswell ? Found a link, the guys name was Jim Allen - http://www.atlantisbolivia.org/atlantisboliviapart1.htm |
Re: Atlantis what was it??
Atlantis is very important in whats taking place on the world scene. One of the secrets that the brotherhood holds dear is that New YORKS EAST COAST was once Atlantis's WEST COAST. Thats why New York is the Empire State of Atlantis. That is also the reason that we have the phx rising from the ashes at ground zero.
Also in the sacred writings Atlantis had a sort of one world government ran by a priest hood of ten members ie the 10 kings in the book of Revelations. In ancient Atlantis they used androids/supersoldiers and beings like the one in the cloverfield movie in order to control the masses. This is after the priest hood became corrupt.History is repeating itself. |

now i`m beginning to think of the movie "the mist"..and "transformers" |
Re: Atlantis what was it??
The Mist is something EVERYONE needs to watch. Not only is it one bad ass horror movie written by my own home state writer Stephen King, a master of horror, but it shows the true 'horrors' of mob pyshcology which something we all need to really grasp for what's going on and about to go into. Mob pyschology is very dangerous in terms of the times were heading in.
For awhile I've debated the Atlantis was the Yucatan peninsula but it's still up in the air for me. I've heard conflicting things from Edgar Cayce readings on this, whether the Bahamas were an area apart of it or the Yucatan. Edgar Cayce does say the Andes and Bolivia are remnants of Lemuria. One thing I know for a fact, the Mesoamerican cultures are all descendents or fallout cultures from Atlantis. The Andes were a safe haven from the earth changes of that time. Tiananaco is something thats pretty cool to look into. The largest stone on that site, the sun stone, was actually disentegrating stoned, and then basically cemented back together, back not like the way we know cement. |
Re: Atlantis what was it??
Swanny you should check out Michael Tsarions extensive work on Atlantis.

Re: Atlantis what was it??
the lost continent "Atlantis" is not to be confused with the lost continents "Mu" and "Lemuria"

absolutely very dangerous.:thumb_yello: ps: I love Stephen King`s works.. his movies "resonate" with "little guy" too...(scary) |

Go to the source...
Plato. |
Re: Atlantis what was it??
I think Michael Tsarion goes along the lines that Atlantis was a mode of thinking,a city state to intellectual thought.

Re: Atlantis what was it??
My own best guess is the South China Sea.
I've read about Atlantis in Bolivia, in Spain, in the Caribbean. There are no sunken continents in the Atlantic Ocean. There might have been a large island in the Pacific at one time. Other possibilities are the Mediterranean, India, California. |

speculating, atlantis could have also been the antartica in another period in wich the poles were in other place.
Antartica, could hide a lot of things under his tick ice cap....... |
Re: Atlantis what was it??
There are pyramidal structures before the coast of Florida that have not been explored yet.

anyway, regarding atlantis, people have discovered it, it just isn't talked about in the media. in chapter 2 of wilcock's book shift of the ages, read the sections titled 'submerged cities' and 'atlantean literature.' it can be found on david's website for free |
Re: Atlantis what was it??
I read an account one time by someone who remembered being a slave in Atlantis....that sort of put me off the whole idea of it being a very great culture. Of course it doesn't mean it was true, but if it was it's not the kind of society I would aspire to.

[QUOTE=goody8504;72645] according to daniel, only the first montauk book is accurate.

Re: Atlantis what was it??
There is a great book called "The Law of one" by RA. This being named Ra was the one that built the pyramid at Giza according to him in a channeling session.
This book is on the web for free reading. It is well worth the time and effort. |
Re: Atlantis what was it??
I do tend to think that people go on the lines of looking for a physical place that existed like people have searched for the holy grail as a physical vessal that held the blood of christ,in this way we have been lured into the indirect worship/search of the physical when that is not necessarily what it's about. It could be of the mind and spiritual essences-Atlantis as a good/pure way of thinking for the benefits of human development- Atlantis could be peace the world over if everyone so wishes. The holy grail is similar, but some say it is a bloodline-what i mean is i try to look down different avenues for answers.
