It is the 14th for us in a couple of hours.

To Pablo and the Oz crew, it will be the 14th for us and our fellow New Zealanders in a couple of hours. I am going out then to have a look around. Could you guys also do this and report back if anything there. Cheers guys.

You guys would hit 14th ahead of us in Asia. I think next time, we have to ask the folks who talk about dates to be more specific.. :lol3:.

still 4 hours and 20mins to go untill it's the 14th in Alamamba which is apparently where 1st contact will take place so it's not actrauly time yet and after 4.20hr's there is a 24hr time gap between any of those which are the 3hrs.

dout nething will happen though.

O.K. Just went out for a smoke, dead calm, about 70 degrees, moon's almost full, should be a good night to see anything, allthough I do have alot of trees on my property but will be here all night, nothing else to do! P.S. Clear sky also. And I've got binoculars too.

Not really clear if the ship is supposed to appear over the state called Alabama.

"It shall be in the south of your hemisphere and it shall scan over many of your states.

We give to you the name of Alabama"

Strange way of talking but they are after all, aliens.

They were unequivocal on two points.

1. Everyone will see it and it won't be questionable.
2. It will appear before the last time zone enters the 15th of Oct.

Re: It is the 14th for us in a couple of hours.

They didn't happen to mention a time did they? I mean, the 14th lasts for 24 hours and here in Australia where it's currently 11:35am we still have just over 12 hours to wait for the end of the day when the outcome will be known. I've got my 'jamas, toothbrush, clean undies, socks, all ready. In fact, all the things I'd take if I were going away for a trip. I wonder if I should prepare for hot or cold weather? Umbrella? In case of rain? I wonder if I can take hand-held luggage? I better check that I've turned the gas off. Might as well turn the power off too while I'm about it.

Oh DAMN!! I've locked my keys inside and cant get at them. If the ETs can pull people out of their homes through the roof or window, could they get me into the house the same way so I can turn the gas and power off?

I think they stated it "used to be called Alabama". Not sure what that means though.

11.OK, You know how I shy away from questions, but there is this big one regarding time zones in different countries, which then puts OCT 14th on different days, if you know what I mean? Are you able to enlighten me on this at all?

Dearest Blossom. All that we choose to say to you is to let go of your fears. We WILL do as we say and before the 15th Oct has come to pass in all corners of your globe this event shall have come to fruition for all to glory in.

WHY would you need binoculars for a 2000 mile ship? That is about the size of the Moon and I can see THAT just fine..

Yep! Back in the 1800s this area was renowned for its timber and milling went on for years. One of the trees that was sort after was a hardwood that was good for telegraph and power poles. This tree was easily reckognisable even by a layman - the bottom of it, the butt, looked like it had been through a forest fire - it was as black as coal. Hence the common name for it, blackbutt. This stuck and became the name of the town.

I'll bet you're the guy that asks why do you want to slide down the hill in the snow when it's so cold out? I guess every rose has a thorn.

Nope Slid down many hills with snow including using a ski patrol toboggan holding red flares at Mt St Hilaire in Quebec...

Those things are impossible to stop :tongue2:

I just laugh at the way all the Lemmings have bought into this ship thing... but I will ask you tomorrow to explain why it failed to show... So have fun and be careful staring at the moon too long with Binoculars... it is still REFLECTED solar radiation you know

Of course since the Moon is about 2000 miles... and it has been rumored to be a hollow ship towed here eons ago...

Maybe you have already seen the ship :yikes:
