There are reference books there that are good to have that list
which herbs,vitamins,minerals taken in addition to supplementing
to reduce,and/or reverse different health issues.

There is "Let's Play Doctor"

There is "Let's Play Herbal Doctor" with an added herb materia section.(it explains how to prepare the herbs for the healing whether distilling,using bark,flower,leaf,or root or seed)

There is "Rare Earths,Forbidden Cures" which lists info about trace minerals
and their extreme importance to physical health.

There is "Passport to Aromatherapy" which is a guide how to use pure
