He did and he says peloski issued the threat. now that goes along with what benjamin foldford says. bush and cheney are preparing resignation papers. so therefor peloski in charge. But the vote has been reached so its supposely is over too. We'll soon find out

This is old news and had to do with forcing a vote in Congress among the House of Representatives.

only the house was under marshal law. they do that to push a bill through quickly.
