Hi all,

I just want to update you on a couple of things and also to say thankyou for the many messages i recieved. I noticed that many of the messages didnt get to me due to a full inbox, so i apologise for that. Please bare in mind that i get many messages and i will get back to everyone!

Its so good to hear that so many of you have had amazing results with these techniques and i thank you all for your progress reports....soon we will be geting to the really fun stuff!!!!

Hi, yep, very short couple of weeks, i noticed how many people messaged me and i couldnt respond to all and my inbox was full. I dedicate my time to helping others so i had to come back early. I was sorting out my Safe Place as people put it. there isnt much else to do there anyways.
