Hi dundun305,

That decision was taken months ago. However you will need to find what the last representitive that spoke in Congress said before the close. Unfortunealtely I don't know his name, but basically he said that there are two choices, either an invasion of Iran by the US or SOME OTHER COUNTRY, or that Iran knows in no uncertain terms that if they continue with their nuclear programme they will be invaded.
