Really interesting. If the map is true, the only thing we have to know is the majoritary religious tendency of these neighborhoods. For example, Sadr City is the most known Shiite hood in the city, and as you know the initial popular force that could support the entrance of foreign troops was the Shiite community, in counterpoise of the Sunni community that was ruling the country before the intervention.
