EFT is a viable clearing process
I keep up with this group as EFT is advantageous because it is partly kinetic and interactive and can be done singly or with a partner.
This Yahoo Group has some clever and possibly advanced applications for EFT. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/EFT_D/ It's a tad bit more aggressive than meditation and will help a person to raise their consciousness and be better able to stand up to the stresses and strains of life :-) |
Re: EFT is a viable clearing process
I concur. I have used EFT for several years and it is a very powerful tool. It is easy to learn but has subtle nuances that take time to discover.
It's greatest attribute is that when done correctly the results are immediate and often times permanent. It also works great on colds, the flu, headaches and probably everything else. |

Ah, refreshing after that unnerving swine flu thread. Thanks for adding the "missing ingredient".
Yes, EFT is a great take-with-you-anywhere practice. The tapping, a bit like doing one's "Hail Mary's". And the time to start is now. EFT tapping instructors are all over YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/results?searc...rch_type=&aq=f |
Re: EFT is a viable clearing process
EFT works, has a great support system, both local and international, and takes only a bit of practice.
Have a favorite expletive? Just add tapping and watch your troubles disappear, :mfr_lol: My personal favorite is "Meridian Wisdom" tapping which helps me to focus on the answer to any question I might have. Our society is too fixed in left brain and EFT puts in the balance. All you left brainers, choose to feel awkward while putting in the balance, you will be glad you took the time and small effort. peace, gnosis |
