I'm kind of suspicious about this news in the region, because it coincides with post
underwear 'bomber' (not even a fuse, let alone the rest of it) military operations (Yemen).

I thought the modern location was it's being taken care of in Ethiopia or in that area.
If anything I read in that article is that might have been a old resting place for it. But the location is shifted whit time, they even say it's older than the black sea scrool area resting place. Why should it be located in a even older place when a more recent one was already "evacuated".

I would say it's not lost, just super secret in a sense.
I liked the Nassim Haramein theory on it.
