One of the best sources of info re HAARP i have found is either the book or articles by Dr Nick Begich of Alaska. http://www.haarp.net/

Mr ventura only mentionned the Gakona (research) facillity.
The actual Haarp,aka the weapon is situated at Poker Flats,
having a total power of about 3 Tera watt:shocked:

Since the operation was started there,the cancer rate has

Hi Peace of mind,

A fascinating program. The fifth video said something that made my ears ***** up, the HAARP could take a plane out of the sky. Question: Could HAARP take over an aeroplanes control if used on the same electronic wavelength?

Could any of this be related to 9/11?

It's a crazy world.
