new humans already made??

i was thinking what jordan maxwell and others have siad about the plan to turn humanity into troll like robots(equilibrium film), looked at the info on underground bases and the fact that they are already full of people.

my thoughts were that the 'new' humans have already been indoctrinated and chipped ect ready to go and we are all expendable on the surface. cataclysm in 2012/13 and they re-emerge with the new humanity ready to go.

Individuals in the underground bases may not survive whatever cataclysm may take place.

But that doesn't mean that this is not the plan.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the tptw cloned humans to replace civilians and/or carry out suicide bombings. The technology has been around for a while and I’m pretty sure they’ve been cloning animals for consumption and lab tests for years now.
