Who am I??? I am a 57 year old woman. I live in a town of about 10,000 in southeast Kansas. I was an RN but am now retired. I raised four kids, got empty nest syndrome and adopted four more. Do you do acupuncture? I need to get poked. Been in incredible pain for years. The MD's just want to give me chemicals. Can't be a good thing.

I do, I wasn't planning on bringing needles though......(not sure how that would go over with carry on bag?). However I could refer you to one in your area because chronic issues are best dealt with on a weekly basis. I'm sorry to hear you have pain- we could discuss it and I can try to help you.

Eleni, just thinking here and curious too. About the needles, could they be purchased in LA? I mean are they available at a retail or at least a walk-in supplier/distributor level? (And are they cheap or expensive?) However i can see where perhaps such a therapy should wait until Sharon is back home with a local therapist because of the travel home or the busy excitement of the conference negating it's effectiveness.

Thank you for the invite nobody- I am happy to pay for myself though- would feel awkward- I eat $$$ organic food. Some of my favorite rests. are in LA area and a friend of a friend just opened a raw place ( I eat high raw as well) not too far from where we will be staying.
How will we both know who we are? I can send you a PM of what I look like.
