Silly me...No I am not an expert but I noticed on another forum about the supposed solar storm on the 7-07-09 here..and someone has mentioned the same thing!!

CMEs are massive explosions of high energy Protons (Hydrogen nucleus) along with ionized Helium, great quantities of energetic Electrons, all carried along with strong magnetic Flux. If this were headed towards Earth, it would take a few days to arrive. The result could weaken the Earths' Magnetosphere and wreak havoc on our Power Grids, take down satellites, disrupt global communications, and expose us all to intense radiation. This is a sign of changes in the Suns internal polarization, a sign of increasing Solar activity, Solar Storms &c.

So basically the recent CME's were on the far side of the Sun so we can assume that they will not be heading towards us!!

However, with the 'Suns internal polarization, a sign of increasing Solar activity, Solar Storms', there would be a very good chance of a CME on our side of the Sun which means the CME would burst towards Planet Earth and create havoc with all the grids going down etc etc...

Well I wonder if there is a connection with all the recent crop circles?? Or am I going mad? Also the thread about the Electrician saying that there would be a Grid breakdown this summer??!!

Regarding crop circles, in the book Stewart Says (copyright 2004) Stewart Swerdlow says that "There are no "space brothers" sending uplifting messages or warnings."

He says, "Crop circles are attempts by those in control to alter the structure of physical life by entering new instructions or programs via. the Earth's language, which is the Language of Hyperspace. The creation of crop circles leave traces of ELF and radiation in the structure of the field or crop. They are created via beams of microwave frequencies and electromagnetic pulses. This was done eons ago by the Atlanteans and Lemurians."

Maybe there is some connection between recent crop circles, the powers that be, and what is going on with the sun...

Along the same line as what Swerdlow said, I saw a documentary I believe it was Michael Tsarion, who said the crop circles were being made by HAARP.

Of course this would be a big blow to the crop circle researchers and all those who believe it is our UFO brothers providing us important information.

Anyone else hear this?

Crop circles are so beautiful and so amazing that I think it's very hard for people to think clearly about them. I think the left side of the brain is needed for this one.

Well I didn't notice it!

When we say we're in solar minimum or solar maximum, we're talking about all around the sun? Or what?

It says this thing was on the "back side." That just means right now it's the back side, correct?

(Don't laugh!! I don't have much aptitude for this stuff...)

By comparison last nights CME was fairly small however mass ejections like these are expected to start up again anytime now with the peak around 2012. solar cycles are regular and are about 11 years long. the last Solar Max was in 2001. In the past, Earths magnetic shield protected us from the radiation but this time around our shields are low and in some areas gone completely. A CME directed at Earth will disrupt Power grids, Satellites, Cell Phones etc. A Bad strike will likely take years to recover from, or worse.

This is the most likely threat to us all, most people will shrug off the prospect of a devastating solar storm until it happens. But if policy-makers show a similar indifference, it could cost millions of lives, and could conceivably be the worst natural disaster in our history

Worst Case Scenario: The “perfect storm” is most likely on a spring or autumn night in a year of heightened solar activity - something like 2012. Around the equinoxes, the orientation of the Earth’s field to the sun makes us particularly vulnerable to a plasma strike.

The young scientist Nassim Haramein showed how there are duplicate sun spots opposite each other on the sun. So, this cme could be an interesting precursor.
