ok to start generally... is anyone familiar with any doctors in philadelphia.
to be more specific... is anyone familiar with any prescribing doctors in philadelphia. and to be more specific, any mental health professionals.
more info to come if there is anyone at least this familiar- cheers- i am in a bind.

A word of caution, forums are not generally a good idea for medical advice unless you've exhausted all possible resources. If I were you I'd contact local officials. Have you tried your state medical boards, health dept, etc.?
