Well I think in a situation like this where he is demonstrating pyrokinetic powers anything he would be saying would be important. Just my opinion though.

he is saying how thick the pieces of paper are, how many of them are, he is saying that his hand isn't burnt, he is also counting one, two, three...and that's it. the sound that he is making and the word he is saying while making the sound doesn't mean anything, at least not in Russian.
