yup...honest advertising :mfr_lol:

here's another commerical for the same group

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i2QM4v8GXK8

(this one, makes my skin crawl)

and, the end part / it is real sad, they utilise 2 little kids
standing in front of a computer screen, that look like two little zombies :( :(
(i never thought i'd see a commerical with kids in it,
that actually created a level of sadness within me,
that actually horrified me)

how sad is that ????

and, i passed a thought --
WOW when i get old, that is, what might take care of me,
on earth

how sick are they ???

H.U.L.U. does that stand for

"HUNT YOU -(TO)- LOSE YOU " -

NO matter where you are...
it appears, they want to put their claws, and their hooks into you

have you ever noticed,
we are in a world,
where almost everyone,
plugs their ears, with a headset,
telephone ringing
loud music playing

i wonder if people under 30,
know what a cricket sounds like,
know what a brook/or stream sounds like,
(and, that it is the rocks in it, that makes stream sing)

i will bet most of them
can NOT identify very many of the awesome sounds of real nature ???

gentle sounds of nature:

I've seen something similar in real life. My friends had a baby girl called Laura, she would have been about 12-15 months old at the time. If they needed a bit of time for whatever reason they would put her in the high chair with a laptop on it and play Teletubbies for her.

She was absolutely entranced by it- her eyes never left the screen. For reasons I couldn't put my finger on at the time (I was still pretty much asleep at that point) I found it incredibly disturbing, got a real sense of something wrong. No other program had that effect on her.

Now I wonder what kind of **** that show was beaming into her head. I know it sounds crazy but I find that really sinister. I've seen documentaries since showing that toddlers can communicate with each other much better than they can with adults, and I wonder if behind the scenes TPB haven't 'decoded' that communication and incorporated programming into TV shows for really young kids.

Does anyone else have these concerns, or have I lost my grip on reality completely?

I think Steven Sverdlov (it's on youtube) talks about hidden messages in teletubbies.

You are not alone with your concerns,SteveG and its our childrens reallity that is at stake.Ours has been screwed with since we were kids. The electronic nannies have been shaping our minds since they were invented.Kids nowadays get hi def, video games and cyber space. No nature.
Compassion will be extinct if the trend continues.Family values are almost gone.Scripted nature on tv is an illusion.Do lemmings really comit suicide?

A subtle enemy is still an enemy. The future is silent, but history speaks volumes.Keep your eyes open today, remember yesterday to be prepared for tomorrow

peace, love squared to the power of infinity to all........kent

Thanks for sharing. As I don't have TV and didn't go to a superbowl party I would have never seen the commercial if you hadn't posted it.

As a matter of fact...when I want my brain freeze fix I go to HULU to check out the new movies they've posted.....except for the commercials, I dig the site! tee hee....

Kathleen you don't have TV :yikes:

I couldn't give up the Cartoon Channel :hammer::mf_swordfight::starwars::giljotiini:

I normally think that Alec Baldwin is the epitome of a Giant Douche but I'll give him credit. That Hulu commercial said it better than many of us ever could: TV makes you a zombie.
