Why don't we call Avalon 'Obamalon'?
Since and before the elections everytime i've logged into Avalon it's been flooded with the election issue-mainstream media has swamped our attentions with the topic;are we simply complying to the demands of the black cabal?
I do realise and am aware that the U.S. election has taken most,if not all of the media interest,so is this what we are all about on here;part of the mainstream media?It's an important issue,granted but most have gone A.W.O.L.!?
I hope that people will come to their senses soon and realise there are alot of other matters at hand in the world besides the U.S. election (which is decided now if anyone has noticed?) and keep their heads on developing spiritual growth.LOL.
Personally,i have tried to not post much concerning McCain/Obama ville as there have been more than a fair share on here eager to do this.

Simply posting a viewpoint on my observations-let's get on with jobs at hand as i'm sure the politicians make sure they are doing just that.

It does show to you the extent of the actual freethinkers on Avalon, no offense to the rest of you. But anyone I have personally talked with, in person, on the phone, or online, who has a thorough understanding of what's going on are in complete consensus of what is happening. And not a single one of them voted.

To me that alone speaks a great deal of truth.

I'm truly hoping now that the election is decided all the endless talk about it will end. It's been a very long, grueling year and a half of politics and I am extremely tired of it.

I sometimes log in to PA, read a few New Post titles, and then click out because I'm tired of reading about Obama. I wish him much success with his victory, but mostly I wish to stop having to hear about him.

I think that the reason their is so much talk about him is because some people here on avalon believe that Obama is actually what he says he is...
When in reality he is just another head on the same snake....
He took more coorperate money then anybody in history...
He is backed by the Clintons...
He was the head of the his law class in Harvard... meaning he was in a masonic club...

It is just suprising to many of the people here that their could be so many of us who are still buying into the American political distraction...
The votes are counted electronicly anyways...

I figured that the people here on avalon would be a little more politically aware than to believe a message from a politician.

I think most of us have known this since February or so, some farther back.

Did anyone notice how his speeches slowly started to get tired? he must have went through sheer physical torture to get into office (makes you wonder if Mccain was on hormones or juiced).

Its sick to see people crying and weeping for Obama when they really know NOTHING about the real man, it works so well after the 8 failed years of bush.

Such an easy tactic, they are playing off peoples HONEST desires.

The reason there is so much talk is there are some who for various reasons especially despise the man. They've been the main drivers of these discussions.

The Clintons only supported him once he was the nominee and I think Hillary especially showed a lot of character there. You could say the previous months of internicine warfare between them is part of an elaborate conspiracy but it went beyond the necessary.

Voting is counted by many different methods in all the different states.

My feeling on the man is watch what he does and then judge. That's how I would treat anyone. Claims and counterclaims are meaningless as he's won now.

As a final point the only way anyone will be elected prez is by having an ivy league background and financial muscle from - people with money. That's the way it is at the moment.

Also no candidate will be elected on a platform of 'release the files!' whatever we might wish because in the real world outside our windows people have other more pressing concerns than UFO's or Illuminati's. McCain ran a poor campaign full of errors that was vastly outspent. He wasn't a strong choice from his party and he picked a poor VP nominee and he still got nearly 57 million votes. So Republicans shouldnt be too disheartened.

I'm not asking anyone to put faith in anything or any person.

The fact is the guy is the presumptive prez so judge him by his actions and hold him to account; give praise and scorn when merited.

I'm not naive but at the same time I don't give credit where it isn't due. The so called PTB aren't as all powerful or united as some suggest in my opinion. I

I'll repeat again I'm totally ambivalent towards Obama. He is neither messiah or anti christ to me. He's just a man who faces a difficult job which is exactly what he himself says. We'll soon find out.

Candidates don't write speeches during elections for two reasons.

1. It is a very specialised skill much like say comedy writing.

2. They don't have the time. They smile, kiss babies and try to remember everybody's name.

Oh and they wear radio mikes during debates. I don't mind that because they have a lot to remember. I remember Bush telling the voice in his ear to shut up during a debate in 04!

I just am amaized that not even the people here on avalon are hip to the scheme yet.... While I am at work, I have to hear all day long from these same morons that voted for Bush both times about how great everything is going to be now because of Obama....

Then when I turn to the place where I can usually speek with some more aware individuals here on Avalon.... It is the same s**t... I cant believe it!

Excellent point. I used to volunteer in the election process, was a "rabid" republican, and now I could care less who is elected. I did not vote this time (which shocked those that know me well) and I refused to spend any of my valuable time being distracted by something that is a sham.

I bet everybody feels that way at times on here. You would think because of the nature of the forum that there would be more agreement than there is.

Maybe that's life and I'd say it's another reason not to believe that any PTB that there might be get along any more smoothly than we all do.

I used to be amazed that women still adored Clinton after he treated his wife that way or that some people think Bush is a 'very good' president. I try to be calm now because life's too short although I still get mad sometimes at some of the stuff I read in here.

Most of the world has jumped in happiness for this choice. It is obvious many people here do not understand why the rest of the world was hating the USA so much, not America like some call it because America is the whole freaking continent.

Personally I'm going to see what he actually does once in office. It seemed to me that both candidates had to adopt positions they wouldnt normally take during the campaign. This is when they're most vulnerable as they're physically exhausted, mentally shot and at the mercy of advisors. Once in office we can better judge.

I would have extended the same courtesy to John McCain.

Let's hope together for a positive outcome.

i understand your disgust and the seemingly obliviousness of some avalon members that obama is just as much of a puppet as any other politician under the control of the PTB. most DO know he is.

what many avalon people are celebrating (and those around the world) is more of an end to the bush administration than anything else. its a milestone thats over and done with, and its the start of something new. theres hope for people (albeit totally misguided).

think of it like this: when the peoples new messiah, obama, starts pulling the same **** that the bush administration did and starts bringing in armageddon, then the people will FINALLY awake in a mass consciousness because their messiah was just as much of a sc--bag as any other politician. then we will ALL be on the same page.
