Actor Charlie Sheen was released from a Colorado jail Friday after he was arrested on domestic-violence-related charges, Aspen police said.

Sheen, 44, was charged with second degree assault and menacing, both felonies, and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, police said. Additionally, Colorado law mandates a protective order between someone arrested for domestic violence and the victim.

Police said the alleged victim, whom they did not identify, did not require a trip to a hospital.

Sheen was released from the Pitkin County Jail at 7 p.m. local time after posting $8,500 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court February 8.

His spokesman, Stan Rosenfield, cautioned against jumping to conclusions.

I like Charlie but this is nothing new for him. He's always had problems with domestic disputes. Dude is a case study, especially in that show he does on CBS.

My friends who live in Aspen called me xmas eve, said over 150 private jets were stacked up at the airport there. And yes on TMZ.com, there reporting Charlie's wife had a 1.4 alcohol level and he had a .4. There may be more to this , when I hear live from the little town, I'll be gtting back to you. Pyrangello reporting.

I had a 'dream' a couple of months ago. As with many of my recent dreams, there was a group of people I was with who I didn't recognize. We were talking about 'the plan' and trying to get around some of our problems with its implementation. There was one person there I certainly recognized--Charlie Sheen. I said, "What's he doing here?," to which a person replied, "He's one of us." "No sh*t?," I immediately responded.

Upon awakening, I found it very funny that Charlie Sheen appeared in the dream, until I finally read somewhere that he has been an advocate for exposing some of the unseen hands in the world. So, perhaps this is a character assassination. Alternatively, it could just be a celebrity with an alcohol problem.

Either way, just wanted to share.

We have learned not to take what the MSM tells us as the absolute facts anymore. Charlie is no angel but we must look at all of the facts before jumping to any conclusions one way or the other. No doubt that TPTW would be looking for an opportunity to teach him a lesson.

when I heard about this terror attempt at the Detroit Airport............I thought of PROBLEM right away..........so now we need to protect ourselfs even more..........and send more troops.

I got so mad that I had to once again retreat and so meditate to get my mind off my thoughts

In Minnesota we got way too much snow, we had to change our plans and pack every one at my house which was fine with me. We had a great time and today, LOL my husband is resting up from all the plowing and shoveling he had to do, so he can go do some more which we got this morning

Result?

1. Husband is immediately tazored (suspect refuse to obey our commands),
2. Husband is arrested for carrying a concealed weapon (frying pan),
3. Wife is treated and released for "severly" broken nail. (poor back-hand technique with frying pan)

Come to think of it, his work on "Two And A Half Men" seems more like self-mockery because he takes quite a few shots at his own nasty habits.
