Hi Everybody,

It could all be sorted out today.

According to the Canada Free Press, Commander Walter Fitzpatrick will get his day in court today to prove that Obama (Barry Soetoro) is a fraud.

The showdown will be at the Tennessee Grand Jury in Monroe County Tennessee.

The article by the Canadian Free Press said something which I thought interesting. It stated that:

"Fitzpatrick will be under oath before the Grand Jury on Tuesday. If the Grand Jury has any doubts about Fitzpatrick’s testimony, they must arrest him for perjury on the spot. If they don’t arrest him for perjury, they are accepting his testimony as true and accurate…"

This puts the whole judicial system on the line here; either Fitzpatrick is right, or Obama is right. It could be make or break time.

Will the court have the courage to 'step up to the plate'?

I never stated that I wanted the 'birthers' claims to be true. I merely brought an article to the forum which was about a court case which for several times and reasons been refused to be heard in a court of law, not because of merit, but because of technicalities.

Once the thing is dealt with, it will bring the subject to a conclusion.

But which ever way one looks at it, for a person to spend nearly $2 million to keep basic information from being made public - I fill out more information when I joined Facebook or MySpace - it does draw attention to the case. Does it not?

Not to sound like it matters but you can pretty much tell how some people vote by their reaction to how they post in topics such as this . I have come to the point where it doesn`t matter about the party anymore . I don`t vote or recognize those that obtain power under these principals they are not here for my benefit only some one else`s they are but servants to the ones pulling the strings Everyone of them . Those that think it means nothing are really fooling themselves when they can take take one of your most cherished documents and circumvent it and stick it right in your face and have you do nothing but accept it as fact then they already have you on their side you just don`t realize it yet

Their website About Us page: Espousing Conservative viewpoints, cornerstone of which contain love of God, love of family, love of country, CFP maintains a loyal and growing readership.

It looks like complete pap. I bet they like Dick Cheney, too. What an insult. Its stories are 100% USA. OK. I checked their website for 'Dick Cheney' and indeed they stick up for him, posted an Oct 21 speech - Center for Security Policy.

Yet another headline seems to have bitten the dust. I scoured the web this morning and...... nothing. Not even on the website which broke the headline yesterday!

If anybody on the forum is from Monroe County, Tennessee, will they go to the courthouse to see if the article had truth to it? If it didn't, then we can place another 'source' on our list of 'blowhards'.

I agree with Northern Boy, you guys waste way too much time bickering over immaterial issues that are only meant to keep you distracted from the real issues. Political party's mean nothing, Democrat or Republican both are two heads atop the same monster - it's the ones who are pulling the presidents strings we have to worry about.

I have received a response from Tona. She lives in Blount County, Tennessee, which she says is the county above Monroe (and no connection here).

She has no knowledge of the story from local sources, but will let me know if she finds out anything.

Additionally, I have just sent an email to JB Williams asking for status of the December 1 hearing that he reported about in his story.

I was just listening to Commander Fitzpatrick, and I understood him to say that 35 people showed up.

Where did you hear that an OathKeepers representative was there? (That is good news! :original: Defenders of the Constitution.)

I hope that giving Commander Fitzpatrick our support will help it get done right.

The birthers already shot their credibility with that fake Kenyan birth certificate and the court challenge by some Russian that went nowhere. So far, they're 0 for 2.

I still think that the powers that were pull the strings of the birthers. Whether they realize it or not, they are helping an agenda that may not benefit ordinary people.

We are getting lots of emails asking what happened today at the Monroe County Courthouse where Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III was scheduled to testify before the Grand Jury.

The Jury will not decide for a few days but an American Grand Jury member, Phil Dedrick was there.

Here is what Phil had to say:

Just got back from Commander Walter Kitzpatrick’s county of Monroe, 270 miles one way and I am really tired…My 86 yr.old father in law who fought in France, Germany, and Italy during WW2, my wife, and myself made the trip leaving at 2:30AM CST this morning and we are just now getting back at 4PM CST…

Walter really went into detail about his continuing fight on the Treason and Fraud charges and also about the Pendleton Eight..

Outside the courthouse with 36 supporters who showed up from Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and Iowa…I also advised the crowd that The AGJ will be incorporating the Pendleton 8 in it’s next Jury…Even Channel 10 WBIR from Knoxville showed up and listened to all of Walter’s story today…With the big box and back pack that had all of Walters evidence, I can not see how the Monroe County Jury could even comptemplate not returning a TRUE BILL in favor of handing down the charges…

Isn't Obama is the CEO of a corporation based in Puerto Rico? Don't the board of directors for that corporation determine whether he stays or goes? (and BTW we aren't on the board). Don't you realize you guys are living in a bankrupt Democracy that you seem to believe is a Republic? We dont think its malarky. Do you even realize what this case is even about ? I doubt it because you are so worried about obama. If he was so great, why are people still being killed with the H1N1, starving and for a war that wasnt meant to be again.

Grand Jury Foreman Gary Pettway says the grand jury's findings will be revealed December 7th.

Finally a news outlet picks up this story and reports objectively. No sarcastic remarks, no laughs or jokes from the reporters. This news outlet interviews or takes comments from supporters of the cause (unlike the MSM that only takes comments from the Obama fan club).

I commend Retired Navy Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III, who has been at this for more than several months now. CONGRATS Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III!

You might want to have a listen to an interview with Webster Tarpley on Jeff Rense tonight (yes I know some here think Rense is ?) but surely not all his guests. In any case, it is an interesting discussion about what the agenda is for Obama sending 30,000 young 18yr olds into the Afghanistan battlefield, where I believe they will be slaughtered....no foreign troops will win the battle on those hills.

We now know, in spite of its' political bias that the Canada Free Press is a legitimate source of information and we can trust that what is posted normally is happening.

So why didn't the MSM cover this story? Perhaps it won't be main news until December 7. Hold on to your hats people, Monday will be a very important day. It could settle this thing once and for all.

MSM didn't cover it because they don't want the general public to be privy of this type of information. Same reason Climategate hasn't been covered more in the MSM. The Rupert Murdochs and Ted Turners of the country paid to have Obama put into office, they surely don't want to have info on their networks to get him kicked out.

Which is why we all need to do what we can to spread the truth to everyone we know in any means possible.
