Whatever action is taken against you to keep you down, it will be to no avail as there is a crescendo of demanding voices that seek justice and truth. Your faith in those who were elected to provide for you and uphold the law, has reached an all time low. You are wiser now and cannot be fooled by the devious plans that were always intended to enslave you. You are ready to question what is given to you as the reason for overriding your rights, and yet you get little response from those in authority. The so-called “ flu pandemic” is the current example of where those in power should be protecting you, but instead avoid their responsibility. However, there are brave souls who will so to say, "stick their neck out”, and follow their conscience that drives them on in the name of justice. Be assured that we are aware of these Dear Ones, and we follow their progress and give protection as far as we are allowed. You will recognise such souls by their dedication to their cause, and your support will help strengthen their resolve to see it through. The general awareness that you the people have not lost your freedom of speech, is helping spread the truth about what is happening in your name. Your collective consciousness is becoming such that is causing the dark Ones much concern, as they see their attempts to accelerate their plan being prevented.

From hereon you will find that those people who have given little thought as to what has been happening around them, will experience a shift in consciousness and become more aware of outer events. This is largely the result of the new higher energies that continue to be beamed to Earth. They are subtle yet potent, inasmuch that they are lifting up Mankind at a pace that is not too overwhelming. It will continue and take you all of the way to Ascension, when it will have reached levels that will enable it to take place. For some the new energies are difficult to accept, as they tug at their hearts seeking a response that they are not yet prepared for. However, it is hoped that many will awaken to them and will join those who are destined to ascend.

There is no doubt in our minds that you will overcome the limitations and obstacles that are placed on your paths. The truth when held is a powerful energy that cannot be affected by the dark energies, unless you start to hold doubts and allow them to creep in. Regardless of what is thrown at you, stick to your truth until you have good reason to move in another direction. No one else knows exactly where you are along the path you have chosen, and are not entitled to make a judgement of you. All experience is chosen for a reason that is for your own personal lessons, and it is to do with those who are directly involved with them. Love each other regardless of what you see from the outside, and in so doing you will quickly help further raise the energies upon Earth.

Those of you who have found your inner soul have progressed beyond the ego self, It is not that your ego is other than yourself, but it is your programmed self that has been built from your outer experiences. The balance comes when both work from your Higher Self, and become as One. Then you will assuredly be working at a Light level that recognises the Light in all other souls. Unconditional Love is not easy to attain whilst on Earth, but nevertheless it should be set as your goal. It will come when you realise that you are One, and there is no separation between you except that which you have made yourself. Your evolution is on track for a wonderful upliftment into the higher levels of consciousness. Take it by living to the highest ideals you can and maintaining them in all circumstances. If you err do not worry, as every souls experiences will have their ups and downs. You are not expected to become perfect overnight, but do try to live up to the highest vision you have of yourself.

As we so often remind you and will mention again, you are not alone on your journey so if the going gets tough call on your Guides, or whomever you believe is with you. You would be surprised if you knew how much is done for you. Sometimes you put experiences down to luck or coincidence, and that is often the result of “intervention” by those who travel with you. Tune in to your Higher Self, and in quiet moments you may register answers to whatever problems assail you. Those periods of absolute stillness and peace are essential to your well-being, and time should be set aside for them if possible. The stress of modern living is unhealthy and will cease in the course of time, as you will eventually be released from the pressures of having to work to provide for a living. A day will come when your work will be in pleasurable pursuits, and by your choice.

So much awaits you that will lift you up out of the old ways that have enslaved you, and have deliberately made you subservient to the powerbrokers that have controlled your world. Their time is all but finished, but they still refuse to give up their ambitions to totally control the world population. You are getting wise to what has been taking place and your questions are as you say “rattling their cages” and they are running scared. All great empires founded and maintained by force eventually collapse as your history shows. They have nowhere to go, although their plans were to leave the planet and escape the consequences of their actions, You may be sure there is no way of escaping justice, and that applies to everyone.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius and feel honoured to be a spokesman on behalf of the Galactic Federation. You are looked upon as most adventurous and deserving souls of our help. What you have undertaken not just for yourselves is a great trial and experience to come through duality and return to the Light. So many have achieved it and now time is called, as this cycle is being drawn to its conclusion. The cleansing period that has commenced is unsettling, and requires your sights to be firmly set upon the end times. Ascension is an absolute certainty, and evidence of its manifestation comes with the ever-increasing levels of consciousness, and the speeding up of time. So many of you are now grounded in the Light, and with positive intent are part of the grand movement bringing about the physical changes upon Earth. What you are holding in your vision for the future, is enabling its manifestation now and you have much evidence of such changes. We love you for you are, and our blessings are showered upon you all.

We hope that you are all becoming energised into action and follow what your hearts dictates, so that you may join the growing numbers of people that are standing up to the dark forces. Collectively you are helping spread a movement that is forming small groups with a potential to become quite large. You are taking the battle to the dark Ones, and we welcome such developments. Every little helps that encourages others to follow your example, and you are making a real impression. The truth cannot be hidden forever and it is emerging from the cobwebs of ages past, to reveal your true destiny and heritage as sovereign Beings.

Nothing can stop the momentum of the changes that are occurring, and they will create pathways to even greater ones. Be assured that you will accomplish all that you set out to do that is in the name of Love and Light. As the weeks go by it will become apparent to everyone, that there is a move by minds and souls reaching out to claim back their rights. It will be helped by a popular uprising, that shall see many Dear Ones challenging the authority of those who represent you. They will be the means of taking back what has been denied you for many decades. Also, our imminent coming will be a boost to your ambitions, as you know that we shall be backing you in any efforts to help others. We shall be the strength behind you, and your assurance of success.

We feel that many souls who have been oblivious to what has been taking place behind their backs, are open to being enlightened. They do realise that massive changes are necessary to restore some semblance of what life is expected to be, if people are to live safely and enjoy peace and happiness. However far the official announcement of our existence goes, it will give hope to those that despair of conditions ever changing. In us will be seen the coming of help to return your Earth to its pristine condition, and the overcoming of all restrictions that have taken away your freedom. Your comfort and good health are important to your happiness, and we are well prepared to correct that situation quite quickly.

With the re-distribution of wealth and a new financial set-up that is fair and just, the unlawful demands upon your income will be removed. Sharing is the most important change, and that will require a new mindset that accepts that all life forms have a right to co-exist with each other. Separation for whatever reason will no longer be acceptable. How else can it be Dear Ones, when you are One – travelling the same path of evolution even if it has many turnings? You are the Human family that has already spent thousands of years, in hundreds of lifetimes learning to accept the Divinity of every soul. Finding out about your immortal self, and your spiritual essence that gives you all the potential of becoming gods. You have such power even now, which is why there is some emphasis on carefully considering the result of your every thoughts. They carry the power of manifestation, and this is how you have created your reality. The same power can lift you up out of the darkness and into the Light.

Bear in mind that the mission of the Galactic Federation is to do all that is necessary to raise your consciousness. In so doing we can help you reach levels that will ensure your Ascension, and that is the ultimate goal of everything that takes place. Once in hand, changes will take place rapidly and with our technological knowledge and sheer number of personnel, completion will be ensured as planned. Remember that we come not to extend the cycle of duality as it is due to end in 2012 with a peaceful conclusion, and the commencement of a new cycle of utter joy and happiness in the higher dimensions. The Creator has decreed that your Universe ascends, and you are part of it unless by choice you prefer to remain in the present vibrations of the lower dimensions.

For those of you who have set your sights on ascending, realise that in the process you will have your physical body restored to one of perfection. Because it will have a crystalline cell based structure, it will remain as such and not need the attention you give on a daily basis to your present one, and all those time consuming functions will become unnecessary. This also extends to your food intake, as your new body will be able to “feed” off the energy around you. However, there is what you may see as delicate foods and drink, but are quite different to what you have now. Renewing your energies will also be quite different, as sleep as you know it will no longer be necessary. Life is lived to the full in complete happiness and very fulfilling, and all souls you meet will extend their hands in friendship and love. Truth will apply to all experiences and they will be there for you without end, in the Cosmos that is your playground.

In all experiences you will still be looking for upliftment, and that quest will never end until you reach the Source. However, there is a lot of living to do before you reach that point. Rather than continue with individual earth-like experiences, you will merge with others and become one in consciousness. It is a new concept for many to consider, but it does not mean you lose any of your own personality. Rather it grows through such experiences and furthers your evolutionary progress. Think upon all of this and realise that many wonders and delights are awaiting you, and that your present experiences will soon be forgotten. You are well on your way to a new life that will in reality be more than can be expressed in words.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and would love every soul on Earth to turn to the Light and grasp the opportunity to ascend. However, allowance has to be made for your freewill, which will always be honoured. It so for this reason that we do not place any pressure upon you, as it is important we are not seen to interfere with your decisions. It is however necessary to make the process of Ascension well known, as it is a major point of change as the old paradigm disappears from view. By the end-time no one will be able to say they did not have the same opportunity as every one else to ascend. Again this is part of our mission to ensure it is so, and we shall lovingly carry it out.

We believe it is becoming noticed by many more people, that the pressure to bring out the truth about events such as the Iraq war is paying off. It is just the start of a number of enquiries relating to many covert actions carried out by the dark forces. For some years since 9/11 there has been a call for an independent enquiry, as the amassed evidence of what really occurred is unquestionable. Have we not told you for some time that the incoming energies are increasing the Light upon Earth, and you are now seeing its effect in uncovering the truth. At a certain level which you will reach after Ascension, the point comes when only the truth can exist. In any event it is necessary, as part of your increasing awareness that you know the truth about your history. It will answer many questions about the downfall of Man, and why until now your progress into the Light has been so slow. You must realise by now that you have been deliberately held back, and every attempt made to keep you in the dark about your true purpose in life.

You may not see full justice carried out, because of the extent of the dark ones activities over the last century. However every soul concerned with them, will eventually answer for what they done that has gone against the Laws of the One. Each of you review your lifetime’s thoughts and actions, and normally you are your most stern critic. You do not therefore have to concern yourselves too much, about the fate of those who masterminded your experiences to make you their slaves. The days of the lynch mobs are well past, and revenge is not something we advocate. Indeed, we are against all such reprisals and remind you that you are the Children of God, and dwell in Love and Light. Your most rewarding response to such matters would be to see all souls as part of yourselves, needing your love as much as any one else. Perhaps Dear Ones, more so if they are to return to the Light quickly as all will do so eventually. Even though you may be well placed in the Light now, like everyone else you will have gone through many experiences that have also included the dark side. Think upon the occasions that you may have been helped to rise up, and the love that you must have been given to heal the damage to your soul, and be generous to others.

We are here for you all, but if some reject us that is their choice and we will be there whenever a different one is made. No one is pushing you into something you do not want, but we do encourage you to seek the true purpose in your life. Beliefs can be very powerful, and all we ask is you acknowledge that you are in a period of great changes that can benefit you. Your awakening is coming even if it is painfully slow, and each of you will take just as much as you desire and can handle. You have Guides who know you better than you know yourself, and if you will but listen to that quiet voice within you will not be mislead. It is when you are in conflict with yourself that you sometimes lose your way, but be assured you will always get back to the Light. The path can be as easy or hard as you make it, and it will get easier once you understand that all experiences are for your souls evolution. Learn your lessons and move on, and they will not come back to you again. However, if you do not they will return many times until you do, but there is no sense of needing to hurry as life is infinite and it is you who set your goals.

There are so many souls that are involved in your Ascension to ensure you have every opportunity to rise up. They are both on and off Earth, and of course we ourselves form one part of that group, albeit a very important one that concerns your immediate future. Although you may consider progress as very slow, it is in part because you have had to be gently awakened from your great sleep. Too much too soon could do more damage than good, which is why even now so much consideration is given to such events as First Contact. For those reasons we are continually adjusting to what is happening on Earth, and according to how you are accepting such a possibility, There are many factors involved, hence there is always going to be “a right time”.

Whatever happens around you, keep calm and know that you will see us eventually when it is safe to be amongst you. We refer not so much to ourselves but you, who are generally speaking unaware of the extent to which the dark ones will go to stop it happening. If we are unable to meet you within a specified time that we are not allowed to reveal, there is an ultimate date by which we shall take a different course and go ahead. So Dear Ones you have nothing to fear, as we will by one means or another, follow the announcement of our presence with official landings. It is not the first time you have been informed of our plan, but we like to remind you of it and keep you cheerful.

The game of duality is a really serious one where you are concerned, so you wonder why you elected to take numerous lifetimes in such low vibrations. You knew in advance that it would be tough, and you would find yourself in circumstances where you would feel detached from the Source. In reality that cannot happen, but when the vibrations are low it is much harder to lift yourself up into the Light. Consequently you have felt separated from All That Is, and have fought to preserve your lives at the expense of others. You were encouraged to do so by those who knew the truth, but had turned to the dark side for their own power and control over you. We know some will ask why God allowed it, and the simple answer is that you readily volunteered for the experience. You were comforted by the promise from God, that you would be helped to rise up again. Now you are about to complete your time in this cycle, and have acquired immense knowledge and understanding of Duality. You will never need to tread this path again, and Ascension will enable you to leave in glory and success rightly deserved.

For many your main concerns during your lives are your health, and the means of getting adequate treatment. In some countries such as the United States it is governed by the ability to pay, but under President Obama steps are being taken to help those who are least able to afford it. In a caring and fair society, the importance of ensuring good health would not allow for discrimination on such a basis. It is particularly necessary where people are subjected to pollution, and assailed by the use of harmful chemicals in products and food. The industries concerned have a debt to repay, where their disregard and flagrant use of them has caused illness and death. However, legislation and law often protects the offenders, rather than the victims.

What can you do Dear Ones, as there are cures for every known disease yet many are being held back deliberately, because there is money to be made treating them on an ongoing basis. We talk not just of drugs, although there has been a place for them in controlling disease and saving lives. The problems they present are related to their side effects, that are sometimes more serious than the disease. Take for example the dreaded cancer that is the scourge of your modern societies. There are a number of proven cures, yet suffering and death is allowed to continue. Natural cures are belittled and every effort made to limit their usage. Dear Ones, all of this will change and not only will all cures be made available to you, new types of treatment will be introduced by us. They will involve methods that you are only just beginning to understand, that are quick and do not involve surgery.

Bear in mind that you will ascend with your physical bodies, and that they are already slowly changing. Eventually they will be disease free anyway and you can look forward to a bright and healthy future. It is all about your level of vibration, and the higher it is the more pure and wholesome your body will become. Many factors have a bearing on it such as your level of consciousness, your attitude and healthy respect for your body. Fear of disease is for some people a problem, and it may result in them getting the very one they are concerned about. The Law of Attraction is quite simple, and what your thoughts are constantly focussed upon is attracted to you. As you know, on a larger scale fear is the weapon of the dark forces and they trade on it to create chaos. They have not given up yet with their futile attempts to prevent the inevitable collapse of their empire.

Look ahead to the positive changes that are looming large, that will totally reform your societies. Think of the advantages to be gained by focussing on what you want, rather than what you do not want. Help others who are concerned that the end of the cycle of duality is to be accompanied by disaster and death. This is the type of situation that breeds fear, and can bring about the worst scenario. The end will not be the fulfilment of the predictions as depicted the Apocalypse. Let it be known that there is nothing to be feared except fear itself, and that the end times are to be welcomed as your release from the cycle of duality. Physical changes must of course accompany the cleansing and restoration of Earth. However they will be dealt with in such a way, that the dangers to you are minimised.

Your concerns and hopes can be either with the old way of life, or drawn towards what is envisaged with the coming of the New Age. It is best that you allow for the old to crumble and be swept away, as by and large it has no place in the plans for you and the new Earth. The future is the answer to your prayers, and will fulfil all of your dreams for a loving society that is based on sharing and caring. Those who oppose change because of their self centred desires can continue to do so, but will not stop progress for others who have set their sights on upliftment. The plan for it is opening up and coming to fruition, and in the coming months some remarkable events will take place. Once the changes commence it will be an exciting time, as you will see that the promises made to you are becoming your reality. You have been wonderfully patient and resourceful, having had experiences that have sorely tried your beliefs in the future as predicted by the coming of Ascension.

Our presence has been one of acting as your guardians, but also as the messengers of the Creator. You have been made aware of how the end times are necessary to bring a conclusion to the cycle, and not one of disaster and untold death. It is to be a joyful and uplifting experience, as all of the old ties with the activities of the dark Ones are severed for all time. The Galactic Federation along with others from the higher realms, have been charged with the responsibility of ensuring completion as ordered and decreed by the Lords of Karma. You have created the manner in which you take your place in the final days upon the old Earth, and your ever-increasing levels of consciousness are smoothing out the bumps on your pathway to Ascension. It will be an extremely exciting experience, and you will learn more about the process in due course.

The Human Race is noted for being resilient and having a great strength of character, and at heart you are benign and loving of your fellow humans. Given the chance which will come soon, you will set aside age long differences quite easily. Already you accept that you are One Race and progress is achieved when you work together in unison. On many occasions when large scale dangers have threatened, you have shown that you can work peacefully together. As the borders have opened up the more you have travelled and become integrated and have seen and experienced the different cultures and belief systems. The result is that you find people have the same desires to live in peace and happiness. That goal will be achieved through the changes planned to start very soon, and not overnight Dear Ones but in a carefully thought out methodical approach.

We are aware that many of you wonder why the end times are a whole series of problems that severely try and test you. You wonder why it cannot be a smooth transition from the old cycle to the commencement of the new one, that is both an enjoyable and happy experience. In actual fact there is an overlap of both cycles, and the conditions you are experiencing are brought about by the new energies as they clear out the old ones. It is unavoidable as there is a current conflict between the energies. The outcome has already been determined, and the upliftment cannot be curtailed in any manner. Ascension has started and will reach its completion as the cycle ends, and it is then that your full participation will take place with great happiness and joy.

Be aware that with every incarnation you take on no more than you are prepared for, and those of you present at this time have chosen it as your last opportunity to clear your karmic responsibilities. There is so much happening that it is bound to appear chaotic, not least of all with the attempts of the dark forces to take your focus away from your goal. You will therefore realise that what you are going through is not at all unusual in the circumstances. Within all that is happening the plan is still working that will raise you to the higher dimensions. Your final days are to be very rewarding, and all that you have wished for that is of the Light will be yours. Your consciousness levels are ever increasing as higher energies are beamed to you from afar. Dear Ones, you cannot fail if you have set your sights on ascending, and have dedicated yourselves to doing so.

The battle between the Light and dark no longer rages in the higher dimensions, and the power of the Light is rapidly confining it to Earth where it will finally be transmuted. The Light surrounds your Earth and grows in intensity until the critical mass is reached, and all changes. That which is not of it will move away to levels that are of a like vibration. The Universe functions like a well-oiled machine, and its enormous size presents no problems as it all answers to the Laws of the Creator. When you have achieved full consciousness such matters will be understood by you, but for the time being it is asking too much of your finite minds. As you learn more it will be tantalising to find that you still have so many more questions to ask. All comes in good time, and you are limited at present because you mainly think in terms of linear time. Once in the “now” you will soon adjust to going wherever you want through the power of thought.

As you are beginning to understand, Ascension brings to you a totally new way of life. One that takes away the need for all of the chores that now takes up so much of your time. The necessity of work as you term it will no longer apply as it will be unnecessary, your needs being obtained through own power of creation. Such freedom is something you have not experienced upon Earth, and could not have expected with all of the restrictions placed upon you. Your time is rarely your own to use as you wish, and you have little opportunity to search for the meaning of life. It is important that you can set aside those moments of peace and tranquillity, and enter those levels of higher consciousness that link with your Higher Self.

In all of the circumstances you have done so well to ride out the storms, and still stand firm in your Light. That shows strength of character and an understanding of your purpose of life. An ability to stay focussed and thus ward off any attempt to divert your attention to lesser matters. There is no need to get involved in the chaotic conditions around you, except that you help those who are the victims of them. Certainly there are many opportunities to show the compassionate side of your nature, and by sharing with those who are worse off, you are expressing your love for all life. A kind deed is attracting more Light, so that you also benefit from such acts of kindness. Life is continually presenting you with such opportunities, and this is why spiritual progress can be made more quickly upon Earth.

Awakening to the truth can be a shock to some of you, who have accepted political leaders as ones who are sincere and have your interests at heart. Regrettably, the majority are self-serving, and have followed the edicts of the powerful families that really rule your world. It is this cartel that has to be removed, and the Galactic Federation working with our allies is progressing with their plan to do so. Our advantage is that we know what is planned, against those who are working to release you from the dark forces. They can therefore carry out their responsibilities knowing that we are protecting them.

Sit back and take note of what is happening, and you may see a pattern emerging that indicates the progress made towards achieving some of the changes that are imminent. The evidence of past misdeeds and the covert actions against Humankind cannot be hidden much longer, and their perpetrators will be revealed. History is in the making, and this cycle of duality will end with a beautiful upliftment into the Light of the higher dimensions. It is as planned, and will ensure that every soul will have the opportunity to choose to ascend.

Dear Ones we feel your needs as you search for some way out of the darkness, and also your welcoming thoughts in anticipation of our coming to Earth. We will not let you down, but allow for our knowledge to determine when the circumstances are best for our arrival. The announcement of our existence will be made of necessity to draw all nations together. It is important that each one understands that we will come for the benefit of all people, and will not favour one over another. Our mission may start with the major powers, but decisions made will be applied to all of you. Bringing you together will eliminate possible objections to us, as it will be acknowledged that we are approaching you with a view to bringing peace to your world.

Do not be too influenced by what you see happening around you, as many things are going on of which you do not have awareness of, and are intentionally kept quiet. The outer appearances given by events on Earth suggest there is not much headway being made against the dark forces. The truth is that our allies are manoeuvring them into situations that will weaken their power base, and then more pressure will be exerted until they collapse. It may sound simpler to meet them head on and deal with them openly, but it is essential that when we make our move it is decisive. We do not wish to cause more disarray than exists at present, and want to see our friends of the Light move into the forefront. Trust us Dear Ones, as we will state again that we have a greater understanding of what is needed, as we have full knowledge of what is happening behind the scenes. There is little if anything of importance that escapes our attention.

We would remind you that there is an unalterable and agreed plan that will take you successfully to Ascension, and how you get there is not as important as actually completing the cycle. What remains for your final experience is but a blink of the eye, compared to what you have gone through already. Victory for the Light is assured and the energy source of the dark Ones is being dissipated, thereby weakening their ability to carry on with their plan. Therefore you have nothing to fear and everything to look forward to, and not very long to wait. If you elected to go the whole way to the conclusion of this cycle, then that shall be your experience. Some souls will prefer to leave earlier and reside in the Astral regions, where they will decide when next to incarnate. They can catch up with their loved ones in the higher realms if spiritually they are sufficiently advanced. If not they will carry on incarnating into a similar level to the one they left. These spiritual decisions are made to allow for further evolution, appropriate to the experiences required to do so.

There is a need to spread the Light of understanding, if those souls who are lagging behind are to respond to it and have the same opportunity as every one else. It cannot and would not be imposed upon anyone, and at all times you move at a pace that suits you. Some of course are so lacking in awareness that it is difficult to reach them. However, once they show a desire to open their minds to the truth help will be at hand in the shape of their Guides. They are constantly around trying to lead souls towards the Light, and have infinite love and patience. It is this type of service to others that some of you will elect to do for those who do not rise up this time. The cycles come and go all of the time with further opportunities to travel the same paths again.

Humans have intense emotions and it is often the source of friction between you. Part of your experience is intended to give you the understanding of how to direct it into positive actions such as compassion and love. Sometimes it is the cause of jealousy and hatred, and it can lead to harmful reactions. These will of course involve karmic lessons until you learn to curb your passions and use them correctly. You have a saying “think before you leap” and it is as well to remember it before you lose control. You can be pressed to the limits, but if you are to evolve to the higher dimensions you must have overcome human frailties. We have to say that you cannot excuse yourself by claiming that ”it is how you are” as if you cannot do anything about it.

We know that evolving spiritually is not easy but you proceed at your own pace, and with true intent you cannot fail to be successful. The fact that you blossomed into sudden consciousness levels that enabled Humanity to proceed to the end times, is an indication of how far you have come in the latter part of the last century. You could so easily have ended this cycle through the destruction of the Earth, but that was allowed to be prevented by us. It was because the Creator decreed that there were sufficient souls that showed the promise of ascending, and that the opportunity should not be denied to them. So here you are Dear Ones, firmly on the path to Ascension, and we are here to assist you to achieve full consciousness.

Some people give no time to their personal understanding, and hardly question the purpose of life. Regardless of that it still runs to a plan often decided by their Guides, and experiences arranged intended to open their eyes. Eventually there is a stirring within and then the quest for knowledge begins. Often it is the realisation that life is not some accidental happening, and that there is design and purpose in it. Possibly there is also a feeling that somewhere is a God who mysteriously controls all creation. Unfortunately in those initial stages God may be seen as an avenging God, and striking down those who do not obey his laws. That is of course far from the truth, as God is All Love and has granted you freedom of expression, and it is you and not God who decides the consequences of your actions.

Life is about taking responsibility not just for yourself, but others and progress is measured by how much you can extend your love to all life forms. It is really as simple as that, and what you should be working towards all of the time. Once you pass a certain stage, it becomes easier to maintain a constant level. It comes with being able to be non-judgemental, and making allowances for the different levels of understanding souls are at. The hardest part is being forgiving where you are yourself directly involved. Last but by no means least, forgiving yourself is also most important.

You are physical Beings and it is intended that you experience accordingly, you are as it were, meant to go out into the world and learn from being in it. Your comfort will come from finding like kinds who can share your interests and help you evolve, particularly where your spiritual seeking is concerned. After Ascension your next step will be to experience as a Cosmic Being, and an entirely different set of experiences will be yours as the Universe opens up to you.

There are few people that are unaware that time as you know it is passing faster than ever. Those who take time to understand and follow spiritual events, are fully prepared for the resulting changes. However, there is a sense of occasion, and a feeling that something important is on the verge of happening. This results from the effect of the incoming energies and the opening of your consciousness. It can be unsettling for some, yet others feel elated and experience higher levels of awareness. These conditions will gradually become more intense, and in the ultimate become too much for some people to withstand. Release for them comes with the end times when there is the inevitable dividing of the ways. It is quite natural and brings the cycle of duality to its conclusion.

Meantime you see matters moving forward as they always have, but this is only the outer appearance. Behind the scenes many opportunities are being taken to prevent them escalating into utter chaos. We talk here of the legacy left behind from previous eras, and the intent of the dark Ones to further their plans for a World Government. It will not come to fruition and when they make their move; we will control the situation for your benefit. For a long time we have been building a network of our allies for this very purpose. We have to be careful not to divulge too much of our plans, as surprise is still a valuable weapon with which to defeat them. You of course would like to be re-assured of our plans by knowing more, and at appropriate times we will share that information with you. Indeed, after First Contact when changes to your Governments have taken place, we will then be able to fully inform you of our immediate plans.

So Dear Ones we once again ask you to be patient, as all things will happen in due course. It cannot be any other way, and we are here to ensure completion is a wonderfully joyous event. Matters can change quite quickly on Earth, and it will only need a thrust from you the people to bring out more revelations about the plan against you by the dark forces Their actions are already bringing about a response against them bringing different factions together, and it is in your numbers where your strength lies. We can assure you that the dark Ones are fearful of you, and know that collectively you represent a strong challenge to them. Voices are coming together in unison, and your creative energies will bring results.

By the Law of Attraction you will become more powerful, and nothing will be able to stand in your way. We of the Galactic Federation are permitted to help you by the very same Laws, and your hand is strengthened even further. We are currently preventing the staging of an incident that was intended to discredit our name. Those of you who follow us would not be fooled, but there are many who have already linked us and other Beings with the negative forces. We have emphasised so often our peaceful intentions, and we have carefully avoided the slightest possibility of confrontation. We are not of course the only Extraterrestrials to drop into your atmosphere, however restrictions will not permit them to come close to you.

We would have liked events to move on quicker, but for us the timing is of no real consequence as we can adapt our plans very easily. We have all the back up we are ever likely to need within the Galactic Federation. There is every conceivable aid and the scale of our operations presents no difficulties. There are millions of craft that can be called upon at any time, and are always at the ready. Furthermore we can operate at some distance from Earth, safe from likely attempts to interfere with us. It is for these reasons that we can confidently deal with your problems as required, and ensure you are all ready for Ascension.

On Earth many souls have awakened to their reason for being there at such an important time. They have undertaken to serve others to help them understand what is happening, so that out of all the chaos they can begin to see the real purpose of life. The old ways have to be replaced by more suitable ones that manifest the conditions for the new order. Some people are reluctant to let go of the old, but when they become fully aware of the benefits to them and the planet it will become easier. Humans are quite adaptable, but need to be fully informed as to what is going on now and to take place in the immediate future. It is for this reason that we welcome these opportunities to speak directly to you. As we see it, your consciousness levels are at a point where they are ready to transform your collective ways of thinking. You are soon to leap into the future, but need to be prepared and then you will welcome the changes.

Life will never be the same again once we have openly appeared to you. In fact we are already aware of the excitement and anticipation our presence is causing. Meeting us and coming together is a most natural development in your lives and not at all strange, but familiar because you have been this way before. Quite a few Lightworkers know of their family connections with us, and are guided by their companions who have linked in with them for this special time. They come aboard our craft but do not necessarily have full memories of it when they return to Earth. This is intentional so as to keep them focussed on their work; otherwise their attention is likely to be distracted from it. Collectively you are being helped by immense numbers of Beings from different Star Civilisations, some you see but others keep a low profile. In the early days of contact in the last century, you will find that apart from the Greys the majority have been made by human type Beings. In fact, many times they have walked amongst you unnoticed.

The happiness that is generated by the expectation of having pleasant and memorable festive celebrations is helping overshadow some of your concerns. The effect of the financial collapse is by no means over, and you see a tough year ahead of you. There are plans to use the situation for your ultimate benefit, but it will not emerge for some time yet. Be assured however that there will be changes before long, that will herald a new chapter in your lives. The important step that will put things into motion is Disclosure, and that will come regardless of how many obstacles are placed in our way. It is long overdue and we are working hard to bring it out.

The recent years have been a continual battle to keep the plan for your future on track. Clearly with Ascension coming quite soon, there is a mandate for us that allows whatever action is required to go ahead. We do stop at using force, unless we are placed in a situation that calls for us to defend ourselves. That is rarely the case as we have the powers to ensure that you have protection, and provide you the opportunities that are necessary for your Ascension. The dark forces may gain momentary advantages, but we soon impose our own plans upon them to keep them in check.

We are here there and everywhere, silently and largely unseen as we monitor what is happening on Earth. Most of our observations are from our Space Craft encircling it, and our Scout Ships that move within your atmosphere. We can uncloak when desired but prefer to work unseen, so it does follow that some craft you see are from your own military. This can cause confusion but we remind you that our presence is for peaceful reasons, and you can be certain that any negative incidents do not involve our craft or us. The dark Ones have seriously thought of staging one, but we will prevent it.

You Dear Ones through lack of understanding have caused untold damage to Earth and not least of all by your continual warring. Fortunately, your levels of consciousness are rising and you now see the futility of them. It has put back many souls evolution, as you keep coming back until you learn the lessons involved. Through the Law of Grace you can be allowed to forego karma, providing you have turned to the Light. God is not unreasonable and fully understands your intent, and it is by evolving and proving that your progress has taken place in living your truth. The soul that has transgressed and found the path of Light and Love is greeted back as a long lost son. So do not be too concerned about your earlier life style, as it the now that is important and whether you have truly set your sights on evolving to a higher level of consciousness.

You will know if you have applied yourself to spiritual application, and how well you are doing. Simply hold fast to your goal, and you will certainly reach it. When the Masters walk the Earth again there will be much to discuss, and Man will have the opportunity to access his/her beliefs in the light of the Truth they will bring. The end times are to reveal the truth about your history, and your true purpose in life. You must be fully prepared for Ascension, and Nothing but the truth can accompany you on that journey.Being on Earth is not difficult all of the time, and there are occasions when you have blissful and happy experiences. Just imagine a total existence where there is never anything to upset you, and all is in harmony with everything else. That is the promise of what will come with your elevation to the higher dimensions. Words cannot paint a true picture but think of times when you felt at one with everything, and that experience is as near as can be to what awaits you. Whatever you need to do to ascend is well worthwhile, and when you look back you will be so pleased that you persevered. The past will then quickly become just a dream, and it will fade into the background.

You have to take each day as it comes, and do your best to keep calm regardless of what happens. There is still the possibility of more pressure being put upon you, as the changes will seem to be causing chaos until the future becomes clear and defined. We are desirous of keeping anything connected with the dark Ones in the past where it belongs. So much has no place in your future, and if it is not of the Light it will be unable to match the new vibrations. Consequently it will be impossible for it to proceed with you into the Golden Age.

In the period that remains before Ascension, you will have ample time to get used to changes that will accompany it. Already you are able to visualise and even “feel” what it is like to live in the higher dimensions, and this is helping bring it into manifestation. Think perfection, and think New Age and you will be getting near to the joys that await you. For some it all sounds too good to be true, but any assurances you need to be convinced will come in good time. There will be many helpers coming to Earth, to guide you with your transition. No one will be left out except that they reject help, but we will do what we can to convey the truth to you in an acceptable way. There will be worldwide communication, and our technology will make that possible in ways that will be new to you.

We want you to be happy and able to see further than what is happening around you. Concentrate on the outcome that has been promised to you, because you are on the verge of a series of great happenings. There has to be a speeding up of the process taking you to Ascension, but have no fear as we can plan accordingly. It is as well, because until the dark Ones have been removed from power, obstacles will stand in our way. We will approach them with great gentleness and understanding, as there is now much fear experienced within the ranks of those who now realise the game is up. Their time to answer for what they have done is yet to come and it will not be in the name of revenge, but justice and in accordance with the Laws of the One.

For most of you the coming festive celebrations are welcomed, and allow you to take your minds off more pressing matters. This is creating an opportunity to take your focus away from the problems that beset you at present. Truly if you are already aware of the reasons for the changes you see occurring around you, you can make every day one of celebration. For you know the reasons that they must take place, and your joy comes from anticipating the outcome. It also means that the changes present no fears for you, and you look instead for the signs of completion. It has been quite a time since we commenced contact with you, and you have had to frequently change your expectations. As we have adjusted to the alterations to our plans, you also have moved your focus accordingly. However, one factor has remained constant, and that is the process of Ascension, which will reach a key point of upliftment by the end of 2012.

So Dear Ones know that regardless of what happens, there can only be one outcome. Only the Creator can change the destiny of Humanity, and no attempts by the dark Ones will subvert the march towards your release and completion of this cycle. For those of the Light there is the assurance that if it is your intent, you will be uplifted as anticipated into the higher dimensions. Well before then we shall have openly landed on Earth, and have co-ordinated our plans with our Earth Allies. Time flies by at present but when you get into the positive aspects of the changes, it will progress at breathtaking speed. What a relief it will be for you once the Illuminati have been removed from power, and you can rest easy in your homes knowing that the threat to your well being has gone forever. Can you sense how relaxed people will be and smiles will replace those worried frowns. An exciting period in your lives will have commenced, which will be productive and fulfilling of the promises made to you by us.

Civilisations can only qualify to become Galactic Federation members, when the have reached a level of Light that indicates their allegiance to the Creator. They serve others in a selfless way, understanding that it is the duty of those who have evolved to help others along the same path. How you approach it is up to you, and you have all time in which to experience the multi-dimensions. However, that inner urge will always drive you onwards, and you will stay just as long as you need to further your evolution. As you move higher, there is a drawing together of like souls that enhances your understanding. In other words, you do not always have to experience first hand to evolve.

Life really is straightforward and uncomplicated providing it is based upon Love and Light. Surprisingly it is not difficult to be within the turmoil that changes bring, if you focus on the outcome. Let all that has no place in your life pass by, as it cannot affect you unless you attract it to yourself. It does not mean that you necessarily have to avoid such situations, as awareness of them is sometimes beneficial to you. Being prepared for the consequences of what is happening is sensible, so as not to be taken by surprise. What you do as a result can often be intuitively decided without outside help. We believe that the large majority of you are sensible and are caring of others, and will make appropriate decisions.

The coming year will be seen as one of great opportunity, and in many instances the people will be the motivators of what takes place. Their discontent with the old ways will ensure that they do not creep back. Consciousness levels have advanced so far that new concepts have every chance of being manifested. It applies to all areas of life, and particularly those concerned with people’s welfare. The new way of thinking embraces the higher spiritual understanding that each of you is your brothers keeper. For too long you have accepted that people are responsible for themselves. While this is correct to a certain level, all are not born equal or have the same opportunities in life. Yet you all have a role to play, and in a fair and just society everyone should share the benefits.

Looking back at your recent history you will see that it has been dominated by wars. What is also apparent is that no political system has come up with the answers to your needs. Furthermore, each one has failed to provide the promise its policies have intended. Because of this they have all in turn failed, and seemingly there are no new ideas being promoted. However, when your representatives are spiritually enlightened, there will be a major shift in the way governments are organised and operate. In the higher dimensions Councils are always comprised of souls who hold super consciousness levels. Even now they oversee the Earth and its people, and make decisions that effect your future. There is a hierarchy below them that carries out their bidding, and ultimately overshadows individuals on Earth who can manifest whatever is required. Great leaders invariably have many special Guides, as do most souls who have entered life with a specific plan in mind.

Here you are on the verge of entering a wonderful period of change, and you will know that the outcome is the lifting up of people into the Light. As we have often intimated, how you get to your destination is not important as long as you do get there. Duality is full of ups and downs, but providing you never lose sight of your goal you will be victorious. Intent is everything in whatever you are doing, and it sends out an energy that will attract the opportunities you seek. What it also does is fits them in with your karmic responsibilities, so you do not always receive exactly as you would have wished. Do not therefore be concerned if that is your experience, as it will be absolutely right according to your stage of development.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and should you wonder about our evolutionary level, I will say that we have achieved Cosmic consciousness. We do not feel superior to you, as the ego has long been balanced into our psyche. In fact we are quite humble, and would not dream of trying to elevate ourselves above any soul. You too will follow this path and your competitive side will become more subdued. Your willpower will become your driving force for the good of all, coupled with Unconditional Love.

Thanks Viking, I enjoy reading these. I think the two paths are clearly marked for us now. We have a choice at all times, to think in a loving, allowing, forgiving way, or to react in a negative way. People still do not realize the power of thought, of common thought and how to be aware of that and stay aware. Whatever we put out in thought, word and action , matters, NOW. We, ourselves, create Heaven or Hell in every thought we entertain.

Whatever our common thought is, that is what we become. Thought comes first, it is the creative principle.

Some of you wonder what our belief is where God is concerned. Your language is inadequate to convey our understanding, but the principle difference is that so many of you have personified God as humanlike. Your reason is often connected with the biblical reference that refers to Man being made in the image of God. Dear Ones that was meant to convey to you that you are of the same essence as God. Have you not been referred to as God sparks, and told that you were breathed out by God. Furthermore, you have been called gods, because you are all the Sons and Daughters of God. We prefer to call the Source of All That Is the Supreme Creator, and therefore you also exist within the same energy. With this understanding you can see that all around you is connected and is One. It makes your relationship with all life more understandable, and indicates your responsibility to it.

As we have informed you previously, you are the Guardians of the Earth and it is now time that you accepted your responsibility. You have to help restore Mother Earth, and it is your recompense for all she has done for you. As you might say, you are all in it together and it is true that what you do to one, you do to all. The more you establish a loving relationship with Mother Earth, the more it will help lessen the need for dramatic changes. Global warming is currently very much the topic of the day, and it is well that you try to understand how you can reduce the damage you are causing. However, what is not fully taken into consideration is that your Sun is changing, and is by far the main reason that the changes are taking place. In time they will settle down and you will have more temperate conditions throughout the world. The extremes of weather as you have always experienced, will no longer occur and life will become more pleasant and totally bearable.

As the changes are brought about they will open up opportunities to receive the higher energies. It will enable the cleansing of the old and allow the new to manifest. Of course we are going to be greatly involved in the activities on Earth, and will accompany you for the rest of your journey to Ascension. We are eager to get started, and for the time being the “Disclosure” announcement is the key to a new phase in your evolution. There are other options that will be invoked if necessary, and our mission will be completed as planned. Minor delays can be accommodated and as we have often informed you, there is a final date by which we will in one way or another have to get started.

Because so many people are normally involved in carrying out covert actions, it is difficult to get to the truth. However, the longer time passes so the facts relating to 9/11 are coming out and they are irrefutable. The involvement of officials in high places is being revealed, and no amount of excuses will release them from their responsibility for what happened. Learning of the manner in which you have been deliberately mislead, is important if you are to understand the intent of the dark Ones. They have acted not in your name but for their own greed and desire for power over you. You have been deceived time and time over, and wars have been engineered for the same reasons. The massive loss of life involved weighs heavily upon the souls who brought them about, and they will yet experience the pain and distress they caused. It is the same for all souls when they face themselves in the Light of Truth, and there can be no denying the result of their actions.

There is no such thing as getting away with misdeeds, although you may have escaped punishment under Man’s Laws. We talk of your life review when your physical life has ended, when each thought and action is examined with a view to determining how much interference or harm it may have caused another soul. Intent is the factor that indicates whether it may have been accidental or deliberate. It is you Dear Ones who decide in what way you should handle the lessons you need to learn. You will therefore understand the care we always take to tell you that there is no punishment involved. For most of you your karma of this nature is coming to a close, as you have worked out many weaknesses through so many different lives. Certainly you do progress, and great numbers of you are seeing out this cycle with Ascension in your sights. It has come to you deservedly through hard work and dedication to your spiritual path.

Everyone’s lives have purpose and lead you ever onwards in your evolutionary search for upliftment. After all what meaning would your lives have if there was not some goal you were working towards? Your existence is not some freak accident, but of a careful design intended to give you every opportunity to move off the wheel of rebirth. Ascension is that very process you can join, that will bring an end to your need to continue in the cycle of Duality. You can of course ascend at any time, but what is special about this time, is that the whole of Humanity has been given that choice. Also it is unique because you will ascend in a physical body, that has changed its body cells to make it suitable for life in the higher dimensions. By the end of the cycle it will be possible to say, that everyone had at some time been given the opportunity to take a new path out of duality.

Be of good intent without thought of harming another soul, and treat all as you would be treated yourself. That way regardless of your beliefs you will be setting yourself up to tread a path of Light. Being non-judgmental will then make it easier for you to become a Being of Light, expressing love for all life. Many of you are well ahead on such a path, and by example are contributing to helping others find their way to Ascension.

You have come a long way over many, many years and your progress has been slow but sure. Keep going now that you are so near to completion of your souls journey in the lower vibrations. There is no doubt at all that you will succeed, but keep looking forward and use your energy positively, and not allowing your guard to fall for one moment. The dark use many ploys to instil fear in people, and it is to be absolutely avoided.

As you go through the cycle of duality, by and large there is a balancing that prevents extremes of energy. However, you are now in a period that allows for the Light to become the dominant force as you draw to a conclusion. It is both necessary and appropriate that with its victory, that the Beings of Light are seen to leave this cycle. It is the time of completion and the higher energies are now in greater control, and the future for those who are to ascend is assured. Meanwhile, the dark forces cannot hold onto power much longer, as their plan falls into disarray. They are being ousted by the emergence of the new thinkers that are creating a new paradigm. It will fulfil the vision that many hold of a peaceful and happy existence, free from the interference of those who live by the sword of death and destruction.

There will still be attempts to stir up fear but if you remain aware you can sidestep it, as many have done over the Swine Flu scare. It is a matter of degree as to what you make of such scares, and flu is always around but not of pandemic proportions as you are led to believe. Be informed about such matters and know that such bodies as the World Health Authority are influenced by the bias of the Pharmaceutical companies. Your Internet is awash with information, but you will soon learn which sources can be trusted. Your media carries little unbiased information and is controlled by the Press moguls who are largely government controlled, and not the free Press you are led to believe.

You have come far enough now to be discerning about any information. Certainly many of you are now sufficiently advanced spiritually, to know what has the ring of truth about it. Find those teachers who speak words that resonate with you, and go within and you will know what to accept or set aside. The dark are also allowed to put their own kind forward as teachers, and it is intended to test your powers of understanding. Bear in mind that spiritual teachers never force their opinions onto you, or demand your acceptance of their teachings. Quite the opposite, as true teachers who speak with love, will tell you to only take what fits in well with your understanding and is intuitively acceptable.

The changing times will often bring out the aggression in some people, and it comes from being unaware that they are necessary to allow for the cleansing of Earth. We see the demonstrations that often start out peacefully and with good intent. Regrettably some demonstrators seek confrontation, and that gives the authorities the excuse to hit back. Freedom of expression is your god given right, but in volatile times it is difficult to exercise total freedom. However, there is a place for pacifists and those who are more vocal, but take care not to give the dark ones reasons to further curtail your freedom. Control is the weapon used to follow your every move, and any excuse is used to restrict your lawful actions.

Dear Ones, we encourage you to seek change, but desire that you disassociate yourselves from any movement that talks of violent action. That is not the way of those who are walking the path of Love and Light. Their way is by example and talking of peace and the Golden Age, that will fulfil all of those promises made to you over millennia of time. The advent of Ascension was planned from the time you first agreed to drop into the lower dimensions to experience duality. In all of that time the nature of the end times has never been in doubt, and all Heaven has assembled to ensure that you ascend if it were your desire and intent.

The future will lead you to the real Heaven upon Earth, which was never likely to manifest in the lower dimensions. Yes, at times you may have had happy and fulfilling lives, but we talk of ascended Man in realms where all is permanently in a state of peace and balance beyond your present reckoning. All is shared and there is no lack in any way whatsoever, and abundance is everywhere. Heaven is not just for the chosen few, but there for every soul who aspires to lift themselves up. You will become again the Masters and Angelic Beings you really are, and your consciousness will have expanded exponentially to Cosmic levels.

You might wonder why if you all have such wonderfully developed souls, you see around you some who carry so little Light. Dear Ones, the reason is that you accepted separation from your true selves, so as to experience lives spent trying to find your way back to the Light and God. Where many of you are now indicates success in doing so, and you have made that link again with the higher energies. Presently you have one foot in both the lower and higher dimensions, and are about to leave the lower ones through Ascension.

Life is a serious business yet if you can treat it as a game that has a finishing line that is now in sight, it will release its hold on you. With adequate understanding of the necessity for the changes, the remaining years will pass so quickly and easily. There is nothing to fear and no reason to doubt the outcome. Your mass consciousness is drawing the higher energies to Earth, and your visions are manifesting more quickly. Soon is a word that we have used often, but it is your measure of time and major events will soon materialise the long anticipated changes. The Disclosure and Abundance programs are lining up ready to be opened up, and commence a whole string of events that will follow through to Ascension.

Dear Ones, yet again a promising arrangement has come to nothing, due to the inappropriate release of the date on which Disclosure was to be made by President Barack Obama. Our disappointment more than matches your own, as the announcement was agreed and the details completed many weeks ago. It cannot be as easily re-arranged, but there is a sense of urgency to get started again and lose no more time. Keeping details secret is extremely difficult once they get into the public domain. However, we have other ploys that will continue to emphasise our existence, and we ask you once again to keep your eyes on the skies. These are the days when the signs have become talking points, that will awaken people’s awareness to not just our presence but our methods of contact with you. For many years we have made crop circles as one means of getting your attention. As you will have noticed in more recent times, they have become more sophisticated. The messages they send have been interpreted, and their symbolism correctly understood. They have carried energy with them, and even although everyone has not understood them, it has connected with them sub-consciously.

We are fascinated by your many interpretations of the blue beam over Norway. It has certainly become a good talking point, and your perception is sufficiently open to consider that it originated in space and that it has been beamed down to you. The connection with the presence of President Obama is also interesting, and shows that you see it as some indication of attempts to contact you. Millions of people accept the existence of Space Beings, and now many more believe that they have a place in the lives of Mankind. With a sudden surge of interest in us, and a desire to know us you have created the opportunity for contact to manifest. There are many factors involved, not least of all our role in ensuring that the plan for your conscious upliftment and Ascension takes place as decreed by the Creator.

As you can understand, there are many reasons for speeding ahead with official contact. We want it to come out naturally, and in a way that will not shock those souls who have no belief in our existence. Many have put up a barrier in spite of the evidence that supports us, and the underlying reason is fear. Be assured whatever view you have of us, that we are peaceful Beings with no design on taking over your Earth or your people. Ours is a mission of love and the desire to prepare you for Ascension, by releasing you from the control and domination by the dark forces. Their power base is crumbling and their attempts to prolong their reign are going to fail. They certainly do not want you to get to know us better or place your trust in us, as that means the end of their influence and ability to hold onto their own positions. They trade on their massive fortunes that are used to buy people off, and support covert operations that are used to bolster their powerful positions. World domination is their goal, but they will not be allowed to go any further than at present. We are monitoring their every action and they are doomed to failure.

We say again that you are such powerful Beings of Light, yet you not necessarily believe in yourselves. Your power of thought is creating your future the whole of the time, so providing you are focussing on what is for the good of all; you will hasten your upliftment into a higher consciousness. There are a number of different expectations where the end times are concerned, and again your power of thought will give you the experience you desire. So you may ask how can there be more than one ending, and we will answer by informing you that they all occur simultaneously on different levels. From any one individuals experience it would seem that everyone is involved in the same one, and there will be no awareness of any others. We might say beware as to what you focus on, by making sure it is what you would wish to give your energy too.

God’s plan for the end times is called Ascension, but it is up to you as to whether you take advantage of it. You cannot just wish to be part of it and succeed, as it requires effort by you to lift up your vibrations. The Law of Attraction allows only for those souls who have reached a certain level to ascend. The process is one of living in the Light and Love, so that any ties you have had with the lower energies are cut. This enables you to focus on the task of further lifting up your vibrations, and as a result you will surely achieve success. There is considerable help around you, and you have only to ask and it will come to you. Use names if you desire such as your favourite Angel or Master, as you may be assured they will receive your request. Allow for the answer to freely manifest and do not insist it happens in any particular way. You may not necessarily know exactly what is best for you.

You are learning a lot about life and have never been so well informed as you are now for a long, long time. For over a century spiritual groups have arisen with knowledge and teachings, that have explained the many misconceptions given out as the truth through orthodox religion. As you are often informed it is the truth that will set you free, and every effort has been made to place it before you. It is not forced upon you, and is not accompanied by fearful consequences for not following it. True disciples respect your freewill, and that way you are free to take what you can and move on. Each soul is unique and therefore what suits one is not necessarily another’s path. If you cannot grasp or understand the need for Ascension, then you are most likely ill prepared or insufficiently illumined to accept it into your life. Have no fear about making such a decision as you are not abandoned or held in lower esteem. You will evolve exactly according to your own pace, and one day you too will take a great leap forward having finished your education in duality.

Dear Ones we see you as one in a physical dimension and also one of energy. They are each changing very quickly as they draw closer together, and create a balance that will bring harmony and peace to Earth. It is reaching critical mass and brings with it the final change that will result in Ascension. You are so far advanced that nothing can halt the process, which is bound to succeed. We see that more of you are moving out of uncertainty, into a positive state of realisation that the end times are for your upliftment. It does not matter whether you understand the reasons for the changes, as long as your perception is that they are beneficial to everyone. Certainly there are many of you who see so much around you that is undesirable, or not in your best interests. The call for an end to conflicts, and leaders that work for world peace is growing every day and it is an energy for change that cannot be ignored. It is an example of people power at a level that is creating a new reality.

Looking back over this year and realising how far you have come in such a short time, it shows how much you have responded to the Light. Although many of you have found that your life on Earth has become more difficult, you have gathered strength from knowing that the domination of the dark Ones is coming to a close. You have also intuitively understood that the changes are not going to bring disaster, but are part of the cleansing necessary before the new Earth can manifest. Holding fast to your understanding will help you through the immediate period, until certain events of world wide importance reveal that a new direction will be taken. Once it becomes apparent it will galvanise many of you into action, as this is the time you have been waiting for. We acknowledge that so many of you are keen to participate in actions to restore the Earth to its former beauty. Time will be of the essence, but your help will be accepted according to what you have to offer. Naturally we are already aware of your value to us, and we will gladly enlist your help.

It gladdens our hearts to see so much Light being drawn to Earth, and it is a credit to those of you who have steadfastly given of your time to participate in one of the many ways it can be achieved. Even now more souls are awakening to the tasks that they came to Earth to carry out. This was of course part of the plan for the upliftment of Humanity, as decided by the Spiritual Hierarchy. Souls were chosen to incarnate for this particular period in duality because of their proven abilities as Lightworkers. Some fail to realise their life plan, but every attempt is made to awaken them to their intentions. If you feel that you have something to do but cannot identify what it is, simply wait for signs to come up in your life. Be prepared and alert, and you are unlikely to miss an opportunity to find your role in life. You work does not necessarily have to be at a high spiritual level, as there are a great variety of needs that can be served simply by those of good intent. Serving others is invariably at the root of any action that comes from desiring to give of yourself.

The goodwill generated by such occasions as Christmas has a lasting effect, and the love freely given to others uplifts the vibrations of Earth. We would like to see it maintained well into the New Year, and believe it will increase as the realisation of your pending release from the dark Ones raises your expectations. You have a year ahead that will surpass any other you have experienced, and it will see the outpouring of great joy and happiness. The relief at being able to cut your ties to the old ways of control and domination will see a wave of euphoria move across the Earth. We shall be part of that celebration and you shall see the Galactic Federation in a show of unity with you. We shall then be able to complete this journey in duality together all the way to Ascension.

You have yet to appreciate the magnificence of your achievements, as your journey commenced before time as you understand it. It is in some ways unnecessary for you to remember the many lives you have had, as each one has complimented those that have gone before. Today you stand as one who has all but completed the journey, and you are expressing yourself as a total Being of an expanded consciousness. Everything you have learnt is still retained at your sub-conscious level, and you are all the greater for it. An even greater jump in your evolution is about to occur, and it will bring you closer to the level you were just before you dropped down into duality.

Remember Dear Ones; your whole purpose of leaving the Godhead was to experience the challenge of being separated from your Source. At times you have lost touch with it, and floundered as you sought the purpose of life. You have hit out in fear because of your feeling of insecurity, and failed to realise the Oneness of All That Is. Now this period of doubt and misconception has passed for those who have found the truth, and realised their eternal and immutable links with God.

All of your happy experiences will be surpassed by what is to come in the higher dimensions. They will be completely manifested in the Light to a degree of perfection rarely experienced on Earth. The change will be so sudden it will be like taking one step out of the Dark Ages, and finding yourself in a totally new dimension of Light. That has to be a joyful ending of a great challenge that has seen you rise up against all of the odds. If you are experiencing hard times now just remember what lies immediately ahead, and see it as a reward for your resilience and never flagging determination to lift your self up.

There is an air of expectation as you move through the last days of this year on to 2010. You are finding that many sources agree that it will be one of completion. What started many years ago and promised major changes within your civilisation, is bearing fruit. No longer is it a question of whether they will take place but when, and 2010 will quickly see the first of many changes. Our allies are fully prepared to carry out their part, and are primed as to their role in the coming months. There are whole sequences of events that will gradually fulfil the plan for your upliftment. Changes within your Universe are as ever moving ahead with Ascension in mind, and on an energy level will also continue to affect your Earth. You will understand Dear Ones, that changes of such a magnitude cannot be delayed by the actions of Man.

As you look back at the events of 2009, it may be difficult to highlight many positive ones. However, for us the election of Barack Obama as President of U.S. was a major victory for the Light. His influences and desires for world peace are bringing in important changes, but the path is by no means easy. There are many who oppose his authority, and a difficult job is being made even harder. No President has served his term without contact from us and we are delighted to work with Obama, who is one of the few that have put world peace at the front of their agenda. Everything revolves around this issue, and eventually other countries will work together to forge a united plan that achieves success. Currently there are too many people in places of influence, that are making progress painfully slow. That will be changed in the near future, and you will see a great outflow of energy that will galvanise many groups into action.

Fortunately everything is being held in balance by the forces of Light, and thus your victory over the dark Ones is assured. Already there is confusion and infighting amongst their ranks, and this will add to their demise. As always we carefully monitor what is happening on and off Earth. We control the extent to which adverse conditions are created, whether by deliberate intent or through natural causes. We have to allow changes that are necessary for Mother Earth’s cleansing, but again we can direct energies in such away as to avoid massive destruction. It is also our responsibility to minimise the extent of personal injury and loss of life. We do not however have a total free hand, as there are many factors involving karma and the greater plan for Mankind. We serve those who oversee the Creator’s Plan for your Universe. Upliftment is to take place with the end of this cycle, and it will occur quite naturally and in accordance with Universal Law.

Meantime we see that so many of you have awakened, and are opening your consciousness to new levels of understanding. This coming year will enable even greater advances, as the incoming energies are rapidly increasing in their levels of power. It will give everyone the opportunity to join in Ascension if they so desire. It is your choice and your freewill is respected and honoured as always. Life is infinite and the soul indestructible, so there is no necessity to force the issue. Your evolution will progress at a pace that suits you, and you can extend your experience in the 3rd. dimension if that is what you wish. However, as the existing Earth is to ascend it would be on another planet prepared for such experiences.

You have achieved so much in a relatively short time, and now you have reached that point where your endeavours are to be rewarded. What was considered to be unobtainable a few decades ago is now within your sights. Instead of heading for oblivion you have risen above the lower energies, and reached a plateau where you are beyond the interference of the dark forces. The Light is supreme and will continue to create a gulf between it and them, who will find that their main weapon of fear is becoming less effective. People are much wiser and more aware than they have ever been before, and know that all they need to do is keep focussed upon the Light. It is your protection and at the same time is lifting up your consciousness, and you are perhaps for the first time seeing more clearly. Through intuitive thinking the truth is becoming apparent, and you have realised that all knowledge is within.

Soon the event of Disclosure will start a series of revelations, that will inform everyone of the truth as to what has been carried out in their name. There will be no hiding place for those who have deliberately mislead the people, and their deeds will be uncovered. The truth will come out in such a way that it will be impossible for it to be manipulated or distorted, to protect those who have deceived you. Irrefutable evidence already exists that will be produced to substantiate all charges, that are for treasonable acts against the people. As we have explained previously and will repeat again, our intent is not to punish them. Our purpose is but to establish where criminal acts have taken place, for higher authorities to handle. We carry no hatred or desire vengeance, and in fact we see all souls as Ones carrying the Light. We know that given time even the most godless souls will return to the Source, and it simply has to be that way. Souls may be re-absorbed but in no way are they destroyed, as some believe. Consider Dear Ones, would the Creator destroy his own creations, that are part of the Creator’s Love and Light. We of the Galactic Federation have a love for all life, and uphold its right to live out its planned evolution.

Man has been evolving very quickly which is to be anticipated, as the cycle of duality creates the ideal conditions for rapid progress. Again Dear Ones, realise that without the dark Ones you would have had no measure of how far you could evolve. They have presented the challenges that have made you respond, or go down with them. Now that you have reached a certain level, duality has little more to offer and it is time to move on. We are here to ensure that you take the opportunity to do so. Therefore, Ascension is the focus of all of our efforts, and are creating a pathway to it that will reflect your higher consciousness. You are moving into the new expression of Earth, and together we will all take part in that process.

Dear Ones, here you are facing a year that promises to fulfil your expectations, and yet many are apprehensive because you have been a long time awaiting the changes that will lift you up. You look to us for signs of fulfilment, as indeed we are the centre figures in all that takes place. Until you are totally involved it naturally seems out of your hands. So you wait for events to unfold as predicted, and we do our best to keep you informed as to what is taking place. Apart from getting bolder with our presence in your skies, there is not much more we can openly do until Disclosure.

However, off Earth there is a lot happening, and most of our work takes place aboard our ships. To carry out our monitoring duties we do not need to be close to you, and our technology enables us to carry it out from our ships stationed outside of your atmosphere. Although you see our Mother Ships of varying sizes, we prefer to use our scout ships if we need to come nearer to you. We do not normally stay in one position for very long, but on occasions we will remain stationery for lengthy periods to allow you to see the reality of our presence. We are more often than not pursued by your aircraft, but their attempts to apprehend us are quite pointless. We have the ability to accelerate far more quickly than any conventional craft you have, and can defend ourselves with ease should weapons be used against us. We are not out to create unnecessary confrontation, and ours has always been a peaceful excursion when visiting your planet.

We can say that all major events necessary for your release from the old regime will begin this year. We are still intent on moving the last cabal into a position, where they will have no alternative but to concede their power. It is already much less than at the beginning of this millennium, and our allies are pushing them further away from their plans for total control. At the same time you the people are becoming more adept at recognising the truth when you see it, and are more discerning where your personal future is concerned. This year will be the beginning of many dramatic events, and you will see the plan for abundance and other benefits promised to you taking shape. So much hinges on Disclosure, as without our help you could not alone overcome the dark Ones, or begin to co-ordinate the forces necessary to cleanse the Earth.

Time is now of the essence and we are ready to leap into action at a seconds notice. Be assured you are safe from any attempt to create a major incident that will give the dark ones more power over you. One of the earlier aspects of our plan is restore your rights, and draconian laws that are unconstitutional will be removed as quickly as possible. Progress revolves around creating a new mentality towards each other, and a desire to give help wherever it is needed as you go through the period of change. Your potential is unlimited and we know that when you understand the purpose for what is taking place, you will give of yourselves whole heartedly. There is a rainbow of many different rays of light uplifting your consciousness, and it brings the promise of the Golden Age where all is in absolute harmony and peace. What is about to happen on Earth are the first steps towards establishing the structure for it to manifest. The vision is held in your hearts and Ascension is the process that will lead you to it. Never lose sight of your goal, as you are the creators of your reality. You are continuously projecting your energy into the future, and each individual plays their part in determining how it will be. As the saying goes, “be in the Earth, but not of it” and allow the lower energies to be transmuted, without taking your attention away from your life plan and destiny.

If we look at the probabilities for the next few years, we see completion of this present cycle of duality in accordance with the Creator’s decree that it shall end successfully. If we were to anticipate where you might be by the end of this year, we would expect to have seen governmental changes and the first signs of the abundance program taking place. This means that disclosure will have already occurred, and a number of other projects will be under way. World unity is a strong factor in determining how quickly progress is made, and it will become more easily achieved once the leaders of each country are in accord with our plan. If there is any delay we see the people demonstrating their power to determine their own future. By then you will have been informed of the meaning of the end times, and will be under no illusion as to where your future lies. The falsehoods and lies that have kept you in the dark as to your real purpose in life will have been disclosed. Some souls will still refuse to acknowledge the truth, but their denials will mean that their future will be in accordance with their beliefs. God does not impose the Creator’s Plan upon anyone who chooses a different experience, because it is known that eventually they will find the path to the higher dimensions and the Light.

As more of you take up a position of projecting the positive energies all around you, so it is transmuting the energy of fear that is still prevalent upon the Earth. That alone is weakening the ability of the dark Ones to maintain their hold on you, and they have no other way of preventing you from moving fully into the Light and Love that is all around you. It is your silent weapon like Archangel Michael’s sword that sweeps away the darkness that has hidden the truth from you. You can lift another soul simply with a smile or kind word, as each carries the Light that lifts them up. You will find it gives you great joy to do so, and will eventually lead you on to Unconditional Love which is your ultimate goal.

Enter 2010 with the most positive approach you can muster, and we could ask little more. There will still be trying times but their impact will not be lasting, and you will soon see the shape of things to come. Think of 2010 as the start of a new beginning as you see the old regime being swept away, and know that it will be permanent as there is no coming back for them. Their influence is already dissipating, and their structures are being undermined by our allies. Have faith and patience as you really are at the commencement of an historic year, that will be of great significance where your future is concerned.

Time is as ever speeding up, and events are also moving on and destined to fulfil your expectations. There is a point that has been reached, when we may have to exercise our options to bring matters to a head. We would rather that changes are seen to be the result of your mass consciousness, which is bringing reality to your visions. Many more people are questioning the old ways that some still cling to, and are promoting ideas that will change them forever. Each of you can add your power by focussing your thoughts on what is for the good of all. Ascension will come to pass regardless of what paths you create, but it will be much more to your liking if you move with it in a harmonious way. Bear in mind that a section of your population still expect apocalyptic changes, and it is where their focus is centred. Be assured therefore that everyone’s contribution to the Light is of great value, and helping create a peaceful passage to the end of this cycle.

Although you have not been aware of much that happens behind the scenes, we know that you have sufficient evidence of moves that are in the right direction. We believe that you are noticing that more people are questioning the authorities and their policies, and will realise that is creating more energy for change. This approach causes a reappraisal of existing practises, and it is opening the eyes of those who have been oblivious as to how they have been used. The power of the dark forces very much relies on their ability to gain blind obedience from their servants. However, it is changing as the level of consciousness is rising and bringing the truth to many more people. You are all part of the means to an end. according to how you project your vision.

We have our role to play and it will not make any difference to us if changes are necessary. The fact remains that Ascension will proceed regardless of how difficult it is made, but we do not anticipate problems. All options have already been considered, and we are totally prepared for any major changes to our plan. For example, if we were authorised to speed up Disclosure, we are primed to carry out a mass landing. By this we do not mean an overwhelming show of our presence, but one where the result would be impossible to ignore or refute. Disclosure would then follow, as it could no longer be kept back from public knowledge. There is clearly a vast difference between the usual sighting of our ships, as against a flyover and landings that would follow. As we often inform you, we monitor your levels of consciousness and we can therefore gauge your likely reaction to our open contact.

Our own focus is upon the leaders of the various countries, and some of the smaller ones are far more receptive to our coming than the larger ones. Power is not something that the politicians or their institutions are prepared to give up. However, with the changes that will come, it will be re-assigned in such a way that there is more sharing and smaller units. Furthermore, you the public will have far more say in what is done in your name. With more spiritually aware souls at the helm, it will become easier to guide you through the final years in a peaceful and happy environment. Our input is course imperative and will ensure a speedy and acceptable conclusion. You and the Earth are to ascend, and our orders are to make sure it occurs exactly as planned.

Considering the vast nature of the changes that are lined up and ready to lift you up, it is wonderful that so many of you can see the necessity for them and how beneficial they will be. It is only fear or lack of faith that prevents more people from awakening to the importance of the times that you are in. Sometimes it is a lack of belief in the existence of the Creator, and because people cannot see the order and creative powers that is behind everything that exists. It you are looking for a God that has a human appearance you will not find one, as at the level God exists all is pure Light. The Universe is God, and all that is within it is part of God, therefore God is within you and you have no need to seek God outside of you. You are a God spark as is every other form of life, whether it is animated or otherwise.

The whole panoply of the Universe invites your attention, and once free of the lower vibrations you will travel wherever you please. Your Cosmic Self will move instantaneously from one location to another by the power of thought. Your evolution will continue under your own direction, but as always higher beings will be pleased to advise you if so required. You will be as a God in your own rights and the master of using your creative powers. Wherever you go you will find that life abounds, and if you desire such an experience it can take you to other Universes or parallel dimensions. Your future is exciting and fulfilling, and there is space without end that you can explore.

You will soon forget time as you now understand it, as you will move into the “Now” with no lines drawn between the past, present and future. Everything just “Is” and continually evolving, and although it may seem unlikely to you now, nothing ever remains inert. You can create and un-create as nothing is ever lost or destroyed, and only subject to change. In your present dimension you can detect changes much more easily, as matter of a lower vibration does not hold its form as well and for as long as it does in the higher dimensions. As you are beginning to realise, life as you will come to understand it will be vastly different and more fulfilling than it is now.

If your are pulled into earthly matters that are not for your best advancement, just imagine what lies ahead and be thankful that the Creator’s Plan for Man is so beautiful and rewarding. What are a few more years in duality against what you have been promised. This period is in fact most important to all souls, offering an opportunity to move out of this cycle for once and for all time. It is the golden chance to leave duality having wiped your karmic slate clean. There is no place like Earth at present, where so much help is available to everyone offering a way out that will fully restore your consciousness.

This year has so much potential, and it does not necessarily mean just those who are awakening to the truth. Every soul will at some stage reach a point where they are at the cross roads and can decide to stay where they are, or take a quantum leap forward that will carry them through to Ascension. The ever-increasing power of the Light, will be tugging at people’s heartstrings. It will ask you to create a higher pathway out of the 3rd. dimension, one that will open up the truth for you. If you allow it you will answer the pull to open up your heart, and the Light will enter and clear away the dross that has accumulated over many life times. Accept the opportunity without fear, as it will be for your best good. If you are in doubt, there is no need to worry yourself over it, as in the end you will make the wisest decision that is consistent with your needs.

Already there is great pressure building to reveal that which has been hidden for so long. Many groups and individuals are on the verge of announcing their findings, having accumulated much evidence to support them. They relate to the way in which your human rights have been abused, and the deliberate withholding of information and technology that would have improved your quality of life. You are all One, and have not been placed upon Earth to gratify your own greed at the expense of all other members of the Human Race. You are going through a period of spiritual evolution, that is intended to lead you to the understanding of your joint responsibilities for each other. Over eons of time the survival of the fittest may have benefited your physical evolution. However, survival of the most cunning and wealthiest has taken away your sovereignty and freedom to determine your own future. You have instead become enslaved by the intention of the Illuminati, who have sought to achieve total control over you.

Dear Ones, you have stopped the dark Ones from progressing any further, and their plan has been stalled by your defiance of them. Your loyalty and desire to adhere to spiritual tenets, has strengthened the Light upon Earth and it has proved to be a formidable force against them. What you are intent upon doing is to restore all that has either been taken from you, or denied through criminal activity. This year will see the reversal of a number of decisions taken against you that are unlawful. It will be one of great revelations, as the covert actions and world of the dark Ones is opened up. Your reactions will be ones of both astonishment and horror at how long you have been deceived. You will find that you have been used for years on end, by a deliberate policy to keep you ignorant of what has been taking place.

You will also be angry to find that your wealth has been misused to foot the bills of the secret war machine, and its clandestine actions. Regardless of your feelings we ask that you allow the law to deal with the crimes committed against you. You must try not to be distracted by the revelations, and maintain your focus on the ultimate goal that is your Ascension. It will be a joyful time as you will see that all that was promised to you, will have been manifested and delivered to you in a relatively short time. The changes will be breathtaking, and eventually transmute your society from one that has been held back to one of great advances. Every aspect of your life has been considered, and your prison Earth will become your veritable Garden of Eden.

Some of you are well aware of what is in store for you but for the majority it will at first be a shock, turning to elation at your release from those who have held you in bondage. You will also become more aware of our part in your evolution, and our numerous activities on Earth that have in recent times prevented major catastrophes. Believe us Dear Ones we have played a major part in your progress, and helped you find your spiritual strength to become your own guide upon the pathway to total awareness. Each of you will have the chance to reach such levels over the remaining period leading to the completion of this cycle. It is always a matter of choice, and if required you will be helped to make that decision by enlightened Beings.

It may be as well to mention Abundance, which we know many of you have sought for your own release from lack and poverty. Know that there will come a time when neither shall be a curse upon the Earth. However, also be aware that by sharing in the wealth, which is to be fairly distributed, it is not intended to set anyone up in a life of luxury. The maxim by which it shall be done is “sufficient for your needs”, and the Earth will no longer be plundered to line the pockets of the few. Respect for Mother Earth will return along with the recognition of what she has done for Mankind. Helping restore the Earth will be an enjoyable task that will benefit all life forms upon it. Harmony is to return bringing happiness and joy, as you ride the crest of a wave to Ascension.

Let go of any doubts you may have about the future, as it is in the hands of the Creator. A Divine Decree is the absolute final word where Ascension is concerned. Nothing can prevent it from coming into being, and chaos such as you may be experiencing the sign of change and necessary to cleanse the planet. Remember that Mother Earth is a conscious Being, and responds lovingly when gratitude and appreciation are given her. For centuries she has been neglected as Man has raped and disfigured her in the pursuit of wealth.

In the near future when you can create in accordance with your needs, there will be no necessity to live off the Earth. A completely harmonious partnership will exist, and life will be one glorious existence. There will be so much available to you for your comfort and happiness, and never again shall you experience suffering and degradation. Peace is your strongest cry just now, and we can assure you that it has been answered and it shall be achieved in your time. Your prayers or thoughts will never remain unanswered, but allow for the response to come in a way that is beneficial to all.

Dear Ones, matters are coming to a head and for a time it will remain chaotic and uncertain. What you cannot see is the gradual fall of the dark Ones, and the moves to take advantage of their decline. They have lost their control over many issues, and are being forced to take rash action that will be their downfall. Our allies and we are keeping the pressure on them, and expect a major event to finally reveal the truth about their covert plans. They still believe they can dominate others as before, but are finding resistance. They lash out with no concern for others, and promote fear to justify stricter controls. However, this will be short lived as a series of moves by our allies will result in them being relieved of their power. Our plans are far advanced and will bring the changes promised, and nothing will stand in their way.

The dark Ones deal in death and destruction, and it will lead down a blind alley because they are destined to be defeated. We will help restore the Earth in quick time, and it will be revealed in its perfection in readiness for Ascension. What you are going through is a karmic cleansing, to clear all of the negative energies that have built up over thousands of years. In some cases they lay deep within the Earth, and you have pockets where it is particularly powerful such as the Middle East. In your history you will find that such areas are continually the seats of much evil, and wars are endemic. Peace cannot be fully achieved until the negative energies are transmuted, and the people themselves are prepared to live in harmony with each other. The seeming impossible will come into being in your time, as it will across the world. It will require a great change where your perception of each other is concerned. Once you realise the you come from the same source and that you are each other’s brothers and sisters, you will more easily accept the Oneness of all that is.

An increasing number of you are awakening to the truth and finding the Light within. Your energies are drawn together and you have become a power to be reckoned with. With a focus upon all that is of the Light, you are establishing an energy form that is transmuting energies that are of the lower vibrations. Have you noticed how much energy is generated, when you come together in groups for the purpose of carrying out Light work? Your power is multiplied many times when you are doing it, and when you join worldwide links it is even stronger. If sufficient of you set out to change the world, you could bring peace in an instant. Believe us, that you have this potential power and before the cycle ends you will be using it for the good of all. For centuries you have been held back and your power has been denied you. You have been led to believe that you are powerless without the help of others. You are the co-creators of the Earth, and you will grow in stature and power as the vibration is lifted up on it. You are re-claiming your power as your Divine right, and will re-establish yourselves as Sovereign Beings.

The ups and downs of life are far from finished, but when you know they will not last for much longer we urge you to stay centred and keep your eyes firmly on your goal. We cannot emphasise enough that you have already won the battle of duality and your civilisation will not be destroyed, as were the last ones of Lemuria, and Atlantis. Do not let your imagination run away with you at the sight of death and destruction caused by the dark forces, their time is up and they lash out in a futile attempt to hide their own doubts and fears. Stand up to their attempts to curb your freedom and impose stricter controls. They intentionally create most of the incidents that occur, and their methods and the secret weaponry used will eventually be revealed. They use advanced technology to create them, and are responsible for the state the world is in. Their influence is everywhere but they are finding it difficult to maintain, as even in their own ranks there is dissension. This means that those who defect are prepared to help those working for the Light, and hasten the end of their illegitimate rule of power.

Your Earth is a hive of activity just now as many issues are being decided. Some are so complex and huge in terms of their importance to the future. That is where our help is essential, and we will assist you to the full extent we are allowed. The future of the whole world is at stake, and all our efforts will be directed to obtaining the best result for all of you. The scene has to be set before we arrive which will make our mission so much easier. As you might know, we have been contacting many people over the recent years, and not necessarily always those in authority. Getting you used to our craft and seeing us as Beings much like your self, has been a very important prelude to our full landing. Since millions have now seen our craft we consider that we have been very successful in that respect. Yet even now some are in denial of us, and have set beliefs that prevent them from acknowledging our presence on or around Earth.

Those who carry a flag for us are often the targets of ridicule, but you know the truth and nothing will alter your convictions. This is sometimes because you are in fact from one of the civilisations that are members of the Galactic Federation. Your strong attraction to us therefore becomes explainable, and as time moves on you learn more about us and it will all seem so familiar. This should not surprise you, as each one of you have come to Earth from another home in the Galaxy. Of course the Earth will continue to play a great part in your lives, regardless as to whether or not you progress to Ascension with the new Earth. You will always have a special relationship with Mother Earth, because She has nurtured and nursed you through a very difficult time in duality. It is a sacrifice that perhaps not many give thought to, and is why you are expected to lovingly help restore the Earth to its original pristine beauty.

You are far from full consciousness, yet in a comparatively short time you will again reach such levels. With your finite minds you cannot truly understand what that means, but try imagining that you know everything that is, was and will be. You will be returning to a familiar state that you once held before you moved into the cycle of duality.

It is a paradox that for a while matters may get worse, yet at the same time they are also getting better. The efforts of the dark forces always seem to gain far more recognition and publicity than anything else. That is partly because a large section of the public are engrossed in the negativity that the media regularly feed them. Indeed you have grown up on it, and eventually it has little effect on your emotions. After a time you develop an immunity to being shocked or overawed, even by the atrocities committed almost on a daily basis. When you can take a step back and begin to understand why things are happening, you can look for the positive aftermath. For example the Haiti earthquake has evoked a most caring and loving response for all of the victims, and has awakened in many hearts a great desire to help. If does not just stop at that as the higher vibration of love, lifts others to the same heights. Out of the chaos a stronger movement for peace has been birthed, and the dark Ones have underestimated your response. The fact that you continually face such challenges is an evolutionary process that allows you to overcome even greater ones.

Your strength is your sword of Love and Light, that cuts away the dross and links you may have created over many lifetimes that no longer serve your purpose. Soon you will stand as a beacon of Light that cannot any longer be assailed by the lower vibrations. Emotions are channelled into all that is positive, and you can walk unaffected by whatever goes on around you. Then you know that you have achieved a higher consciousness. Ascension will come and you will sail through the process that will achieve your final upliftment. It is a state of mind with the strong intent to reach your goal, regardless of what crosses your path. We know you can do it, but alas not everyone is ready to make that commitment. However, as we frequently remind you, freewill operates so that you decide your future. Yet in time you will inevitably move onto the path of Light. So Dear Ones please do not worry about those souls who are perhaps close to you, who do not share your vision of the future.

Now you are so near to seeing the end times really get under way, and at first it may give the appearance of collapsing structures in society that you are used to living with. Behind them the new ones are ready to burst upon the scene, and much is in readiness for that time. Our allies and us are closely working together, to seize the first opportunity to change the course of Mankind. Disclosure still remains as an important development that must precede the Abundance programs. On a week-to-week basis so much could happen, and it is why we are unable to be more precise about the coming months. One thing is sure, that the outcome will see the end of the rule of the dark Ones. Their capitulation would be welcomed, but they are not of the nature to admit defeat. In the end we may therefore have to force the issue, as our mission must soon start in earnest. Force is not a word we like, but it does not mean the use of physical force but rather like your chess game, it will be checkmate.

We do not use crystal balls to know what the future holds, as we have highly sophisticated computers that can indicate all of the possible outcomes. Several time lines can lead you into new situations, but finally all of you will be fulfilled as you anticipate or desire. It is in a manner of speaking, moving into another cycle that you “deserve” and have knowingly or otherwise prepared yourselves for. Like attracts like and this is why the work you do now to increase your vibration, will take you further on the path to Ascension. The “work” would be described as becoming centred within your Light, and focussing upon whatever you believe or understand by Ascension. Apply your highest understanding to all that you do, and know that you are actually on the path to full consciousness. Be as godly as possible and see others as part of yourself, because you are all One. Make allowances for what may be seen as the failings of others, and remember that you do not have knowledge of their life plan. After all, life is a continuous round of experiences that you have all set in place to further your spiritual evolution.

Once in the higher realms you will really come alive and be able to do whatever your heart desires. Then you shall fully acknowledge the love of the Creator, for having given you the power to create all that gives you happiness and joy. Words cannot express the wonders of the higher realms, not least of all the great love that enfolds everything so that it expresses to its highest perfection. There is no darkness in them, and you live in safety and comfort with none of the physical chores that are part of your life to now. It will be deliriously happy and ecstatic, and you share it with like souls who also dwell in the Light realms.

Happiness is what each of you seeks, but find hard to hold on to in duality. When you begin to feel love for every other soul, and it is reciprocated then you take a step nearer to Oneness that awaits you. On Earth heaven is what you make it, but you rarely touch the pure vibrations that exist above the 3rd. dimension. You could not really have expected otherwise, as the vibrations are too low to manifest that which is found in the higher dimensions.

Dear Ones the Galactic Federation is fully prepared for First Contact, and soon the hard proof that we exist will be set before you. The believers do not need it but we come to help those who are not, so that they overcome whatever blocks their acceptance of us. You will find that anyone who has stood in our presence will tell you of our energies that are of love and make you feel bound in them. We come to make you our friends, and invite you to join us in the marvellous adventure that is about to begin.

Where you direct your thoughts is where your energy goes, and the more you focus upon it the stronger the link becomes for you. So you can see Dear Ones, why it is important to keep in your sight the beneficial changes promised to you. In so doing you are helping manifest them quicker than they might have done otherwise. Your present reality developed in this way and hence we say that you created it yourself. There is no God pouring scorn or anger upon you but instead a great love of understanding, which welcomes you back into the Light when your experiences in duality have finished. Because there is a fundamental belief amongst many that God demands obedience, there is also an acceptance of self-recrimination. You would be kinder on yourself if it were in the form of self-analysis, to determine why you consider yourself guilty of some misdemeanour that is considered a sin.

As we have informed you previously, your life is intended to allow you to experience duality and learn from it. Clearly you cannot expect things to always run smoothly, and in these times there are challenges to your ability to hold onto your Light. Mistakes or wrong decisions are not held against you, but from your personal point of view, harming another soul is something that will bring lessons to you. Indeed. It will be your own judgment and no one else’s that will decide how you will respond. One thing that you have to contend with is Man’s law, that carry punishment when broken. However, spiritual laws are defined by God and apply to all living forms that have the gift of freewill, and when these are not followed the experiences will be repeated until you overcome them. That is spiritual evolution and your consciousness will not be lifted to higher levels until the lessons have been learnt.

Because of orthodox religious teaching many carry great guilt around with them, and it is not just a burden but like a weight hanging around your neck which inhibits your progress. Thoughts such as “unworthiness” creep into people’s minds and prevent them from seeing their true selves. Whatever you have done that brings on such feelings, remember that you are loved as much as any other soul and there is no discrimination against you. In fact in some ways you are more important, because success for the Human Race depends on every soul reaching a state of perfection. To help you Angels and Guides give their attention to you, and accompany each soul on their journey. That you may not be aware of them or acknowledge their presence does not matter. Obviously it would be better if you accepted them, as they would be delighted if you “spoke” with them and invited their help. If you do not yet feel comfortable with that idea, then call on God direct and help will be given in whatever way is in your best interests.

As your consciousness grows so you will become aware of the Spirit Helpers around you, you will see them and converse with them quite naturally. Some of you already do so, and it is a mark of higher vibration that attracts them to you. Like certainly attracts like, which is again why you need to be careful where you place your focus. Your Helpers are with you to ensure that you complete any experience in accordance with your life plan, and they carry out the Will of God. All that they do is with great love and understanding, as they know how important their part is in your growth. Some souls actually believe that they are being punished, but they might be surprised to know that they have agreed to their life experiences. You can therefore reflect on them in such a way that you can understand what there purpose is for you. Once you can do this, life becomes more bearable instead of seeming pointless.

You might ask if we too have had experiences similar to yours. The answer is not necessarily as there are many paths that lead to Ascension, and they do not all include the cycle of duality. However, since you are in the stages of completion, we must tell you that it is one of the quickest ways to evolve. This would have been a factor in your decision to experience duality. The opportunity you have now is for mass Ascension, and it is a very special occasion that only comes up once in every solar cycle. Even so as we often mention, this time you ascend with your physical body. It is not therefore death of your old one, but simply a change that enables you to use it in a higher vibration. Look at us, as that is where you will eventually be as far as your evolution is concerned. We are always seen as an example of bodily perfection, and in our prime. In fact we can be 100’s of years old without any visible signs of aging, because it is not part of our experience.

In one way and another you have so much to look forward to, so we ask what are a few more years to you. You can see that the end times are upon you, and therefore the changes are underway. Keep mentally strong and look for changes within yourself, because you will probably notice how much better you are at concentrating on the future. Also how you can maintain a peaceful countenance whatever confronts you. You are indeed a calming influence on others around you, and have the wisdom that comes with an expanding consciousness. There is still a way to go yet, but the process of Ascension will be speeded up once we can meet you openly. We will educate you in soul expansion, and the upliftment of your body until the cells become crystalline. Finally you shall move into full consciousness, and we will also have a hand in that so that you reach completion.

The changes may sound rather frightening to some of you who have not yet been so well informed. Always remember our promise to help you along your path, and each step will be explained so that you do so with complete confidence and understanding. Our greatest wish is for your success so that you may join us for the grand journey, that will take us far and wide in the Cosmos. It is unending and magnificent, and abounds with life everywhere. Can you not feel what awaits you and the excitement it will bring, and duality will fade into the background along with all of those memories that caused you pain or affliction. Move into the Light and Love with us, and we shall be the pioneers of a new movement for peace wherever we go.

Thanks a lot Viking. I am totally impressed by this text. It is like my own inner presence talking to me. It's a GREAT joy, a profound resonance. It is not only wisdom, but a deep feeling that it is REALLY what is going on.

The text keep us focused on the "Good News" and this is good indeed. We already know enough of the "Bad News". And the text is not about information, but rather on intentionally keeping the reader on a definite focus of a New Paradigm.

The days of the dark ones are numbered, but their influence will remain until far reaching changes result in their removal from positions of power. As each week passes the situation is becoming clearer, and our allies prepare for the final moves that will bring about the first announcement. We would love to share more information with you, but it is reaching a critical point where details are best kept secret. We are up against a cunning opposition that will stop at nothing to block our plans, and the least they know about them the better it will be. This is where we have an advantage in knowing what they plan, and can take appropriate action when required. Our hands are only tied inasmuch as you might say, that we play by the rules and there is nothing underhand or illegal in our actions. We have divine orders to ensure you safely reach the end of this cycle, and that all of you who have elected to ascend are able to do so.

Your future is tied in with that of the whole Universe and millions of other souls. It is not going to be held back or delayed by the antics of the dark cabal, and their future will continue in their chosen level of experience. Bear in mind Dear Ones, that there are other Universes that souls can move to it if is beneficial to their evolution. Your progress is not taken lightly and is carefully considered for each soul, and you are guided to experience that offers you the best opportunity to evolve. Whatever you can imagine already exists somewhere in the Cosmos, and there is nothing that you cannot experience to fulfil your desires. The Creator has sent you out to experience, so that through all of you they can be shared and open the way to a greater level of consciousness. You like us are evolving through group consciousness, and it will gradually embrace more and more souls who are recognising the Oneness of All That Is.

Evolution is quite natural and the desire to do so remains with you forever. It is fun and rewarding, particularly once you graduate to the higher dimensions. Heavenly might be a word that would convey what we mean, but your memories of such times are clouded by the amount of time you have already spent in duality. However, as you are to experience full consciousness as part of the process of Ascension, your memories of past lives in the higher dimensions will return. What is certain is that as you become more enlightened, the idea of Ascension and all it brings will fulfil your dreams of a better way of life. It will provide the happiness and peace you seek, and be fitting for souls that have found their Godself.

Look around you and accept that every soul you see was once like you, a grand Being of Light that existed in the higher dimensions. You have purposefully and knowingly left those dimensions for the benefit of all other souls throughout the Universe. The result of your experiences will help others when required, as there are still civilisations evolving in the lower dimensions that will need them. Even now you can tap into the Mass Consciousness, but it is limited by your present level of consciousness. However, once ascended you will have all knowledge available to you.

You are coming out of the nightmare to live the dream that will in fact become your new reality. You may have had fleeting experiences of true happiness, but it will have been little in comparison to what awaits you. Peace and happiness within and without is absolute bliss, and to be with souls exactly alike in this respect is heavenly. We know because that is how you will find us, as we have long lived in harmony with all life. The Galactic Federation member civilisations have all ascended, and together we are a great force for good serving the Creator.

Start projecting your thoughts into the future, and see if you can capture the feeling of the energy of Love and Light. Those of you who have successfully placed your feet upon the Ascension path will most likely have already experienced it. It is your immediate goal, and as you raise your vibrations you will be spending more time in the Love and Light. We see more people awakening to their true selves, and the more that do so the quicker you will reach critical Mass. Meantime many sources continue to flood your Earth with the Light and the upliftment continues.

The Masters are returning, and some are already incarnate carrying out their work to bring as many souls as possible into the Light. You have your ideas as to who they are, but for the time being they prefer to work unannounced. However, once the major changes are completed, some Masters will return as names in their own right. St. Germain who is so closely connected with your evolution has always come and gone as he pleases, and he will certainly make himself known to you. He has presided over a number of important meetings concerning this period, and his influence has been powerful and brought benefits to you.

Your longing for the changes has grown considerably, and we are pleased that it is understood that they are to lift up everyone on Earth. There is no choosing except by you as individuals, and no one is rejected if they desire Ascension. However, it is not a gift without as you might say, strings attached to it, and you have to apply yourself to the task of preparing yourself for it. Live to your highest understanding of what is required, and be assured that help will come your way. This unique occasion comes but once every so often, and you have not had this opportunity for many thousands of years. The cycles of life are constantly coming and going, and you are being offered a chance to change track from the lower dimension. No one is considered unworthy of the opportunity, but it is up to you to prove that you can lift yourself up.

When you can create exactly what you need for your comfort and happiness, what more would you want. This is an interesting statement:

That definitely sounds like we're leaving our physical body behind...which is something many people don't yet understand, is that ascension means leaving the physical body behind in death. Jesus had to die on the cross before he ascended.

It doesn't mean that at all ... We are going through a transition/cycle, that this time around we will be able to take our physical bodies with us.

Don't get me wrong, I have NO FEAR of death and am one of the people who actually thinks dying is going to be a cool experience "I'm here to get a job done and I'm outta here!" has always been my attitude. I think Earth is a beautiful planet, but humans have really done their best to screw things up...

I'm the type that likes the facts and it would be nice to know what to expect with the ascension process because you hear different things about whats going to happen. As far as leaving everything behind, I look around and can't think of anything I would want to drag along with me. Especially considering the options where we're going.

Now, if I keep this body will the ascension process be like getting an instant face lift? Does that mean we can roll back the clock just a little :naughty:

Your ability to rise above the chaotic conditions around you is within your power. You are supreme Beings just discovering how well you can block the negative energies, through your power of thought. At all times lower energies swirl around you, but providing you centre your energies within self you are safe. You become that proverbial beacon of Light, that wards off assaults aimed at penetrating your defence. The dark ones deliberately create discord and fear, hoping to bring you down and take your attention off your goal. Keep concentrating on your immediate tasks to carry you on to Ascension. That way your mindset will be undisturbed by what is going on around you. When physical changes cause disruption and destruction, know that they will have no effect in the long term on your destiny to ascend. The old Earth has to be cleansed but will not be your home, as already the new Earth is taking form.

You have been through many unsettling times, and periods of utter despair yet here you are at the door of a New Age ready to put all of that behind you. It no longer has any bearing on your future, as you already tread the new path to glory and fulfilment. You will not be surprised to learn that the new experiences will soon consign the past to history, where it can no longer harm you. It is fortunate that you cannot recall all of your previous lives, as they would distract you from the far more important task of successfully completing this cycle. Dear Ones, as fascinating as it maybe to learn about who you were, the important point is that you carry the value of the experiences with you. These will help you overcome similar problems, and your evolution goes marching on.

After thousands of years in this cycle you approach the end times, and yet in the little time left will accomplish more in that period than any other one before. The growth of your consciousness is accelerating all of the time, and we see an overall surge in the numbers of you awakening. That is bringing about profound changes for the good, as the Light is becoming stronger, and stronger. It is why we can tell you that the battle between the Light and dark is really over, and it is only the last gasps of the dark Ones that keep it going. Everything is illusory anyway, as you are coming to realise. Your reality is not in the lower dimensions, as you are Beings of Light deserving of a future in the higher ones. You have tried your hand at creation in duality with little success, yet you have clung to your Light and the knowledge that you are more than what you seem to be. There is an inner knowing that has enabled you to realise your greater potential, so face the current challenges with complete confidence.

Going through so many trials and tribulations has made you fearless and warriors of freedom. You are standing up to those who would still impose themselves upon you, and they are concerned that you are no longer bowing down to their pressure. People power has returned and you are finding that there is strength in numbers. Events taking place are assisting you in your fight, and the dark Ones are collapsing into a hole they have dug for themselves. A favourable time draws near for the first announcements to take place that will seal their fate, but it still has to be timed correctly for the maximum effect. Disclosure will release so much information that it will change the world quite dramatically, and there will be no going back to the old beliefs. Those who already know the truth about us will not be shocked by the outcome, but some who had little idea about it will become disorientated for a while. That is something we wish to deal with quickly by a series of programs that will enlighten people as to why we are here. One thing will follow another until the imagination of all people will be excited by the prospects of what we will offer. It is the fact that we can carry out our promises, because of the size of the Galactic Federation and its immense resources. Also because we come to help you through the remainder of this cycle, and ensure you ascend.

Dream your dreams Dear Ones; your time has arrived when your freedom and sovereignty falsely taken from you shall be restored. It may take time to fully do so, but it shall be done with our help. Many reforms will be made with a view to bringing back justice, and seeking out corruption and criminal activity. You want a society based upon fairness and honesty where you can trust each other, and that is what you will get. Be assured that the plans for this have already been meticulously made to ensure absolute success. Our allies simply wait their instructions to proceed, and that is not too far away.

All that has been hidden from you is being revealed, which prepares you for greater revelations that will shock many people. However, the truth must come out which will help you understand why the changes will be so sweeping. The tentacles of the dark Ones have penetrated most of the great institutions on a worldwide basis. They have infiltrated the governments, military and big business often buying their way into them. All these issues have to be addressed, and they shall be sorted out to remove those who are guilty of going against your interests.

When we say there is a lot to do, we are clearly not underestimating the size of the tasks ahead. We already know those amongst you who have offered your services to us, and we are happy to include as many as possible in our plans. You have skills that will make you suitable for assisting us in our projects, that will call for people with technological experience. There are two years coming of intense activity, and it will be joyful work because you will know it benefits everyone. Last but not least there is Mother Earth deserving of your loving help, as she too must be ready in time to ascend.
