Re: what websites are u checkin every day?
Hey Thunderbird, glad you brought this up. I often wonder where else I might travel to on the net to get the kind of info that others here seem to find without much effort. I visit a few other places daily, and while some info is not worth reading, I do find worthwhile info by excersizing a little patience.
Above Top Secret FederalJack.com The Black Vault World Net Daily American Free Press Newspaper National Security Whistleblowers (an excellent site for the latest on Sibel Edmonds deposition regarding the government cover-up of her testimony under the guise of "states secrets") Exopolitics Nassim Haramein Disclose TV I also visit the same as the ones you posted. Thanks again for starting this topic, as I believe we all tend to get bored with just one source of info. Have a beautiful week! |

Re: what websites are u checkin every day?
Thank you guys,
I like to have a look at some of the sites that you mentioned. Some infos are interesting, but most of 'em have too many banners and stuffs (ATS, infowars etc). But most of all, I prefer the people I meet on Avalon because they're more respectful.:wub2: Other sites and forums are filled with the Youtube like comments that I don't really find useful or appropriate.:wall: I guess it goes with the awakening level (so many people still sleeping).:sleep_1: Anyway I'd like the ad: David Icke's site Fourwinds10 LightSurfer |

Hi Thunderbird !
Great to see you still kickin around. Let me see, I am addicted to...:original: Every day... urbansurvival - can't get enough of George ! david icke - and now - www.theflucase.com Most days... PC, PA (dang - I'm getting back into PA on a daily basis...somebody save me !!) Some Days www.globalresearch.ca - great site this one lots of 'respectable' contributors www.jsmineset.com - a great and thorough view of the financial situation - though gold biased. But a really nice bloke, not kooky nor alternative at all Now and then Infowars Rense - is it me, or is the home page really ugly to read ?? Used to read Greg Palast Michael Moore Truthout.org Thanks to all for their links... now I'm going to go check Cliff High... love that guy too... Peace n love, and don't waste all of your time like me in front of the PC !! K :tongue2: |
Re: what websites are u checkin every day?
In addition to the sites already mentioned...I like to listen to Sherry Shriner (weekly) on www.thewatcherfiles.com. There is a lot I don't agree with (or don't understand)...but I hear tidbits of info which help to connect dots. It's sort of a road less traveled. www.veritasshow.com is my favorite site...after Camelot and Avalon.

Re: what websites are u checkin every day?
I am a "recovering" political news junkie.
When it comes to political sites I am now down to one: Lew Rockwell's site. Why a political site? Well, I suppose things would still progress along spiritual lines without personal liberty, but I just can't get excited about following in Falun Gong's footsteps. Nor would I wish it for my grandchildren. To me, a ten-year reader of the above site, the rest fail to even grasp the concept of liberty. For things financial I read the same site above, and Karl Denninger's Market Ticker. Lastly, for things esoteric I either come here, or to Magickal Matrix. Savannah is a good lady, I like her. Very lastly, since I am back, let me stir up some trouble by making a copy of Ingo Swann's book Penetrated avail in pdf for a very short period ;) Fred |

Re: what websites are u checkin every day?
awesome feedback!
im adding some of these to my daily.... i made this thread cause i was feeling repetitious in my daily web routine... wantd to see if i was limited in my scope, if there were blogs i was missin, lines i wasnt seein, etc. and i read a thread bout steppin away from the PC... which i thought was brilliant. I myself have had to find a balance between whats POSSIBLY happening, and how i CHOOSE to live. In fact im still finding that balance. I used to listen to Alex Jones EVERYDAY for instance....yeah i was also chronically depressed at the time too! lol. Now i watch the mainstream and the alternative, mix em together, add a dash of lemon, some honey, and brew it into a tasty tea to drink while i go out and enjoy the sunshine...through the 'trails...as i hike some trails. sure ive had my fair share of cointel pro activities conducted on me, planted evidence, psy ops conducted by a wealthy senator's princeton and yale educated son, abductions, blah blah blah... but what is life at the dawn of the 21st century without some hair raising envelope pushin? on a different note: Im kinda bummed cause i was slated to perform at the conference in LA this weekend, but i cant make it. Was originally gonna drive my vegi-diesel across country but it isnt ready and i couldnt justify the plane ticket and car rental....Kerry was really sweet about it, but i still feel bad. anybody else think rense is paid off? |

Re: what websites are u checkin every day?
Hey Tbird, I do have to be cautious on what I find on the vault. Mostly what I look for there are historical documents to go along with the research I'm using for the book I'm currently writing. I enjoy finding new sources of info. It seems that there are different twists on the same stories, and somewhere therein lies the truth. Thanks for the head's up friend!

Re: what websites are u checkin every day?
Yes Orhtodoxy ! I completely agree...
This thread ties in neatly with my 'Step away from the PC'.... thread One minute I'm writing that we must learn to control this thirst for knowledge... and the next, here's a very interesting thread which is collating even more websites to check ! :wall: Fascinating, and it's great to have more resources, so we don't get a skewed picture, but I agree with you, Oxy. We have to also note that it is exhausting to read all this stuff. I mean, it's like fighting Darth Maul :starwars: Even the more tiring, because we don't get to pick up a sabre... it's all fright and no flight. Huge adrenalin buzz with nowhere to go. When you think about it. How many ways to die are there anyway ??? :mfr_omg: :giljotiini: C'mon... lets wake up and smell the roses too... :trumpet: :band: Am I the only one that feels drained reading these dailies? - like it's reading me and not the otherway around ? Negative entities anyone ? By reading me, I mean that the first few clicks/ 10 to 15 mins are under my control, but after a couple of hours, slowly you start to feel drained, as you follow thread or story after story. then you get up, slightly shaken, reeling from the weight of it all to leave the computer. This is not a one off experience, but a groundhog day effect. It repeats every single day (if you let it). I wonder if that kills the spirit, because of the constant negative theme of 'one hundred ways to die' ! lol  Don't get me wrong, I think pretty much everyone on Avalon is positive. :flowers2: But isn't that what happens in physics ? Positive gets drawn to the negative ?? :boxed: What worries me is a channeling of our positive energy into this black hole of daily news, rather than into the people in our sphere of physical/spiritual influence away from the internet. (not dissing the time spent building bridges between folks on avalon here either) Though, you can understand why we'd be interested in all this news ! I mean, c'mon... enforced jabs, economic collapes, ufo disclosure, illuminati structures, free energy, corrupt politicians and corporations, swelling police state. there's a lot to keep tabs on ! Let's just try and have a :cup: away from the PC every day, as well as in front of it. s'all I'm saying...:wub2: K |
Re: what websites are u checkin every day?
im with ya kula...
i get my dose in the morn, then run around doin my day to day, inspiring and being inspired. have to say though in deference to this thread...being aware has gotten me to get the things done that help me feel secure enough to go out and do some good. AND....your thread was the one that inspired me to start this thread...lol as a fire fighter we learned that you gotta take care of numero uno if your gonna be of any service to anyone. so having delved deep and learned the true nature of the ballfield we playin on and the rules that REALLY govern the game we playin, it gives me the grounding to plan some moves, strategies, and maneuvers to get some good plays in before i kick the bucket....a LONG time from now. lol. you know...leave the world a better place for having been in it and all.... and the way i look at the years of depression i went through diving into this field of info....THAT was my vaccination!!! lol!! aint nothin that gon fear me down now. Ive been afraid of deeper, scarier, darker, meaner, heavier, more sinister things. so now im pretty much focused on the new renaissance thats emerging. one ear to the ground as it were and gauging the approach of the stampede while setting up feeding troughs to make the transition a little bit smoother if you catch my meanig. kola wachichus! |

:mfr_omg: we go round in a dance then ! Don't get me wrong - I think this is a brilliant thread. I'm definitely going to use it for reference. I also agree, crikey, when I think of what I've learned since last July (2008). The world has changed. My world has changed. As I'm sure all of ours have, simply because we chose to follow the white rabbit and wake up. So yeah, I'm concerned, about what's to come - and so I read - but I'm also upbeat, and the concept is no longer new... so , yeah, I've had my shot too ! That's a good way to look at it. K P.S. I'm having a raging email debate at the mo with a friend over the swine flu mail I sent. She lives in France, she's getting the shot, her mums a doctor, yada yada, yada. And she's really unnerved by my alternative views that getting a swine flu jab may not be the most healthy thing. It's good that I have so much awareness that it's easy to pull articles from place to place to send her. (I would not have been able to do that over a year ago) Though I can see now it's just winding her up - it's too far removed from public reality for her to believe anything sinister is going on. And who are we to say that there is ?? lol... but we can lay our hands on some alternative views.... |

Re: what websites are u checkin every day?
Thank you FredKC
To Deb03 - so glad someone else reads JS ! Actually as a result of trying to find info from the 'other side' of the coin today, I came across a site called sciencebasedmedicine Anyone read that one ? Wow... boy do they have some long threads (you think I go on 4 ever, huh....? :lol3: ) Anyway they were flaming some guy (th1th2 was his/her handle) who was putting up some really interesting stuff on vaccine adjuvants something called Treen and Triton_X which is used in herbicides of all things... Anyway, I kept trying to keep an open mind and all I could see were three or four people just kept baiting this guy, but he just kept on with the 'alternative views'. It was hard going anyway, but worth a look if you want to see what the mocking 'knowitalls' know on the side of 'proper science' Coincidentally (lots of these , nowadays) I get home tonight to find a mail from a family member (to whom I'd recommended a book on nutrition - The China Study) - and she'd replied with a link to sciencebasedmedicines flamegrilling of that too ! Anyone else had any experience of this site ?? K |

Re: what websites are u checkin every day?
Michael Tsarion's forum used to be the cutting edge ( ouch) for me, it's most often locked now, and many good posters left anyway, but it is still a good resource if you look at the beginning pages of the permanent threads . There is a wealth of info there, and their symbolism section was second to none.
It was not exactly full of peace and love , I still miss it. |
Re: what websites are u checkin every day?
Another thought occurs to me, that given the huge number of avalonions (Evil onions ?? :lmao: ). There is a relatively shortlist of sites that we check regularly.
Look how often rense or divinecosmos or even globalresearch pop up. These sites in turn reference each other (how many times have I seen an Icke article that's come from infowars or prisonplanet). this tends to suggest that the actual sources/references for new info are relatively few (given the size of the internet and number of people writing/journo-ing). Just like a small pond, you can see how that could be 'polluted' relatively easily, and what is widely reported in the alternative media may actually only come from one source rather than several indepent ones. Oh well, here we go again then...just like the MSM in fact... Do you see my point ? |
