I recieved the following on my page this morning
from the loverly Truth Seeker 360 ....
it came when i was feeling a little less than my best
i wrote a page for here, re the conditioned mind
and was felling happy that i got ot right took ne ages,
i went to submit it and the whole thing dissapeared
me not a happy bunny ....:nono::nono::nono:

But these words came as a loving relief...

Spread the love
spread the word
like the wings of a bird
for all must be heard
open your mind
to love of all kind
for the light to show
for the light to glow
how much we all love ech other
how much we have to show
you love

when we post our greetings to one another
we feel it real deep dont we , ?
well i do , for those who are on my friends list and those who
arnt , thank you for being here at avalon for all the sharing..
and what can seem like a little thing often means a lot
as it did for me this morning ......love n glow my grovy loverlys xxx.

Now this is the stuff I have been thinking should be at the centre of our thoughts in creating our new paradigm. Renewal of telepathy not only with fellow humans but with all of creation.

Hi friends
im posting this today as its been a real strnge few days
and maby you are wondering what is going on ...
In my self there has been some major re alienment
If you expireince this , and you are not aware of what it is
then it can be overwhelming and can bring up a lot of fear
do stay calm and breath heavy , go for a walk . do somthing practical
It will pass and you will feel strong and empowerd after ....
these are the nessasary earth changes ...
that many of us will be expiriencing from timre to time ..

Hi all i have had a few pm messages re a few people
who are having a little difficulty with the shift in energy
over the last few days ,
O! yes its been a tad full on :mfr_omg:and im still ajusting to it ,
to some extent im used to it , but this last one realy was a hum dinger .
if you are a sensitive you will expirience the earth changes
Best to relax and aviod going into fear , it realy will pass my friends
you are doing good service for yourself and the earth
