Re: The Freedom

Oliver,
I agree with you regarding laughter. We will not have freedom without laughter.
I realized that many people invest their energy into their belief system. They make their beliefs so personal and fight to death to defend it. If they just could laugh and let others to have freedom to express whatever they have in their mind we would be laughing all together. But BTB knows that when we are divided they can control us.
:roll1:

Best regards

You made me laught. I am new to this forum, but I visited this forum since it has started. I liked to get new ideas or some good links. Howerver, I did not want to join because English is my second language. I wish I could express myself without being overly concerned about my grammar or spelling. But I decided to overcome my limitations and to join. BTW can you explain me how can I use a frame rather than [QUOTE]?

Best regards,

Re: The Freedom

I wonder, is it only the ability to fly the reason that the famous say exists:
"Free like bird"

Re: The Freedom

Also, one of the most universal symbols for Freedom are white horses, especialy in arts.
Must be because of Beauty. The ability to accept, reach and produce Beauty is one of the most sublime forms of Freedom.
And, why white horses, why no other colors, they are also beautiful?
Since the symbolism of the white color can be very controversial, my opinion is that it is because white contains all the colors in the Spectrum...

Re: The Freedom

Third point: Freedom is Peace.
The most universal symbol for Peace is White Dove with the olive branch.
So, again we have a Bird and White. Consequently, Peace contains flying and beauty.
Also, in Christianity, the Holy Ghost is presented as white dove. Means Holy Ghost brings peace?
The olive branch? What I know is that olive is very healing tree...and it`s aroma when blooming is just a divine one. Peace is the best cure for the wounds of this planet. Peace is first condition for Freedom. Of any kind.
Btw. few years ago i had two white doves on my balcony, a male and female. The sounds they were producing in love is just an unseen grace.
Peace be with you...

Re: The Freedom

Fourth point: Freedom is Love. By Osho. Nothing to add.

"In today's world, freedom is our basic condition, and until we learn to live with that freedom, and learn to live by ourselves and with ourselves, we are denying ourselves the possibility of finding love and happiness with someone else.
Love can only happen through freedom and in conjunction with a deep respect for ourselves and the other."

The Great Dictator, shockingly, started his speech with:
"I am sorry, but I don`t want to be an Emperor - that is not my business. I don`t want to rule or conquer anyone..."

Ladies and Gentlemen, Charlie Chaplin with one of the greatest movie`s speeches of all time.
