Who's on, who's active? Roll call!

I have been looking for this thread, I just didnt know it. I am interested in meeting some fellow ground crew. In the Bay Area for now, but my roots are mainly in Seattle. I am a good person to know. Are you?

Thank you for posting to a thread that has been slow. I really am enjoying your link. Thank you so very much.

I am in the far east area of the Pacific Northwest Ground Crew. Even north of George Green who coined the words ground crew.

I live in a small borader town very close to Canada. Building community here in this area. So far it is going well.

remember: Life is a gift.

O.K. I've been gone awhile but I'm back. Karen. I'm pretty close. Irrigon, Or. between Umatilla and Boardman. PM me if you want. I would love to get a local group going. We are working on some stuff now. All in the planning stages due to lack of funds. Damn it seems like I'm so far behind on being where I want to be on this. The world seems to pull people apart with it's incessant draw to the need of the dollar.

Well I'm here, I'm working on solutions with a person or two in the local.

Edit: Any one else near us in Easten Oregon or south eastern Washington are also welcome to PM me to work together.

Well if we keep posting, mayhap they will be drawn to the attraction VIA Shared mind. Finding committed people that can't be drawn away by mundane involvements is getting harder all the time.

Hi Sleeper,

Good to hear from you! I am pretty much stuck here in town (Baker City) - since I'm not a money chaser, don't really have the funds for gas to travel anywhere. There are lots and lots of older fixer up houses for sale in this town, as a lot of people are building nice new houses out on the outskirts.

I keep imagining providing jobs for the unemployed here with garden work and food preservation. The town has a local Farmer's Market going in the summer time.

Sounds like a nice area Karen. I will have to make plans for a trip down there to look things over. I like the proximity of the mountains to the east of there too. I will be going as far as La Grand on occasion for meeting that are held there for another organization. Maybe I can swing down there in 2 or 3 months and check it out.

After a year of monthly meetings our ground crew is still alive and well. We are always open to guests and new members. Our group has learned a lot over the year and discussed many topics. It is a small group but very connected. Anyone in the Seattle Tacoma area interested in a great experience contact me.

Keeping it alive. Been looking for a deal on a 2000 or newer double wide. They seem pretty scarce these days.

Hello All:original:
Has anyone else noticed an increase in military activity - particularly helicopters in the past week? I think it may be related to the Olympics in BC. Definite increase up here in NW WA.

As for the double wide - does it have to be a double wide? There are some really good deals on cabin kits - starting around 3k and going up from there. Lots of dealers in WA & OR- most will build on-site included in the cost.

Wow....Yes we all need people closer to us. But I'm still here. Got a horse now too. A Mare from BLM that was abused. Kinda hard to work with but she's gentling down.

Now that is great news. Win win the horse lives and you now have a new "friend". Sorry they eat so much..

I do have to ask. What is the coat? I ask as I had a dream that I have a roan coat horse. ( In the dream I have rode south and am a days ride more to get to where I am going. Making a camp above the clearwater right above Lewiston, Id. What is called the grade.)

I am still here as well. About a 2 hour drive to get to Spokane.

It's either a Buck skin or an Appaloosa. About 3 years old or so.

It's check in time for me. What's everyone up to? We are on our way to a decent food storage situation. Getting a garden planted and the horse is training me quite well. Smart ass horse....

Up in this neck of the woods I have gotten a few seeds in the ground and have plans to do more in the next few days. Spanish Sweet onions which keep well over the winter are in now. A few carrots but not near the amount I will have in soon. It is still very early but some things can go in if the winter is going to stay gone we are doing good. I do fear that we may get a deep freeze if that happens we will loose all our fruit. The trees here are budded out very well.

Have fun learning how to get that horse to let you ride.

Re: Pacific Northwest Ground Crew

Hello Everyone!
I'm the newest addition to PNW- Ground Crew. Thanks to all the participants that are keeping this thread alive. Are there some other awakened people in my area- South Everett, Lynnwood?
My interests/skills are mainly in the following areas:
web design and programming, internet, music, seeking the truth (obviously), speak and write in bulgarian (native bulgarian) , german and a bit of russian, computer hardware and software.
I consider my self rather generalist than a specialist, all my life I just have been refusing to limit my self to one thing, but tried to learn as much as possible in as much as possible areas, so there is nothing I would be proud of myself accomplishing so far. Seeking the truth became my hobby and subsequently almost an addiction, which actually led to browsing the net for the truth. I probably should mention that I've watched every single video interview on the camelot site and Bill and Kerry are the ones that have ultimately opened my eyes.
An actual accomplishing of some of the stuff I have in my mind, would be probably the best way to help the community and pay back the world for having me.
Drop me a line here or pm me, hope to hear soon from You.
Ivan

Beautiful Horse on the pic there. It may be my imagination, but she kinda looks smart, too :)
