Take a moment to pay attention to it everyday and make that moment wider and wider . When a reverse flow comes to you see the positive side of it Cultivate silence within ..it will allow you to have a fresh new look on the world. Meditate from Love and compassion and you 'll understand the times. When things get complicated and puzzling know you are in your mind Let go ..a litle and then a lot .. You 'll find peace within ..
