Yea, i laugh at these new commercials where thay claim to bring all these different cultures to choose the whopper or the big mac.I finally come to realize that they only set the stage of conflict. Choosing is the highest form of idol worship. America Decides

Are you ready to move out of a failing money system? Well let's do it then!

Since starting this thread, this is my first post since finishing preliminaries on the project, so you haven't missed anything, good news huh?


There are many reasons for communities to form, and there are communities within communities. For example Project Avalon is a community within the greater internet community. Both have diverse interests, and different needs. That is good! It would be a boring world if we were all the same.

But no matter whether you are a fundamentalist or a newager, man or woman, or even rich or poor there is one thing common to us all.....money. I know, I know, wouldn't it be nice.... but right now we use money in all its forms, m1, m2, m3 (although no longer officially published), because that is how we trade between each other.

But trade doesn't and shouldn't be a “bad” thing. It just so happens to not be so good right now because those in positions of power planned it that way.

So, there is a project underway to remove those who have that power over us. The ultimate goal is total independence from corrupted worldwide monetary polices. As we speak the IMF is being changed to the IMA who is assuming power to move the world into a new world monetary system... and oh yes will you be surprised to hear it will be gold based. Hmmmm?

Well, do you want to trust the same people ... again for another monetary system that over these many years has brought on so much human agony?.

Related to this project we are having our first conference call meeting Saturday 12 noon EST.

So what will we talk about?

Why get a new currency?
Why not bartering?
Why not scrip?
What is the new currency project?
The currency project and Project Avalon.
Who can participate?
Who is doing it?

There is a lot to do and no one person can do it all. I will be asking for volunteers to help with this project. This is a perfect project for ground crews.

Anyone can go to the website and just listen as a guest, however if you want to participate you will have to register before the call. When you do, you will be able to participate in the chat room as well as speak. You do not have to register as a host. To register to participate and not host be sure to remove the check mark from the “I want to host my own show”. You will still be able to talk and chat in the chatroom. If the meeting gets too big I will be muting callers till they want/need to talk. In fact that is probably how I will start the meeting.

Also, using the internet has all the obvious advantage of being free for everyone anywhere to participate. Also, BlogTalkRadio has room for a limited about of commenting, so if anyone out there is good at WordPress I would like to set up a Silver Round Table blog site to post transcripts of the conference calls, as BlogTalkRadio can automatically link to that blog. That is something we can talk about! Maybe someone has a better idea.

After our meeting BlogTalkRadio will archive the podcast for others to listen to later.

What is money?

Today we had our first "Silver Round Table" meeting today on 01-10-09. I wonder if someone could do some numerology and tell us what we should know concerning the date....

The show was to start 11am my time and I had trouble getting on so get this I couldn't get on till guess what time ..... yep 11:11. But only to find out that I had two hours to wait. The technical stuff is not important but what we did was.

I happen to have access to a transcriptionist and they are going to transcribe the meeting. Hopefully if there is enough interest we can start a special section in Avalon to promote this community open currency project.

So look for a complete transcript of the 90 minutes soon. In the meatime I will be gathering up my notes and post a summary of the event. Here on this thread.

We got a chance to have Razor as he likes to be called join us in our talk about an open currency project.

It was a start. I hope you will take the time to listen to the archive. In the meantime I will put together a brief "who, what, where" of the conversation I had with Razor after the call.

There are some very exciting things on the horizon, and this could be one of the many was so dearly deserve.

Clarification: Waterman and I have been PM-ing each other. I coordinate Groups in the Pacific Northwest and have been creating a barter system with regards to sustainability in Washington. My three attempts at joining the radio conference were unsuccessful last weekend. I was finally able to download the radio stream without white noise this afternoon. My comment was rather personally letting Waterman know that. Sorry if you felt offended by it.

Though, you are not the first to point out that the handle "Wormhole" is less then flattering :wink2: I was given the name by a group of quantum physics fellows in California four years ago... and it stuck, much to my chagrin!
