This indicates a bit. I noticed the sound after a particular session. Afterwards did a long fast for 60 days, am continuing with my spiritual clearing sessions. The sound has leveled out and I was informed that I could control the volume (like just now I put it down to a lower volume). Have been getting "higher self" type of visits and visions when I just relax and mellow out.

Glad to get Bob's message. He is correct in that once the suppression has been lifted a little the beings who have been held in agreement to be held down start to sort themselves out and take off. No magician or healer needs to do much except hold the space once the lid is off. It has become as simple as finding one's own center during the day.

Perhaps that is why my focus went back to simply clearing my own "case", my own negative energies -- to catch up with the rest of you folks :thumb_yello: who are holding the space for me. THANXOXO

I find it revelatory that most posts are about ringing in the ears and less discussion re the channeled message. No criticism, just an observation.

Perhaps from this thread a whole checklist could be compiled as there are likely to be more than one possible cause for ears ringing. Is there anyone here who knows a health practitioner or healer who performs very accurate and thorough diagnostics?

I too have ringing in the ears that ebbs and flows and every once in a while, I get that horrible clicking that lasts for about an hour. Its good to read that I am not alone in this.

has a unique SONG
(that is made up of iTs energy,
thru,
frequency tone, vibration ~ 3 aspects
light ~ ` a 4th aspect
and, 3 aspects ~ of the triad/trinity/or trine of ether
for a total of 7

no 2 things, even twins, identicial/or NOT dientical
or, triplets, etc., EVERYONE absolutely everyone
sounds slightly different
thus, everything is an 'original spark'
~ and, everything is 'original'

thus if you have these things ~ which everyone does have

iT has iTS song ~ many things that are tangled up in your compleX
matriX or matriXes ~ iS a part of that song

also there are many things, that can get into the unfinished matriX
and, wreck havoc ~ by making it hard to hear your song

in our last pass through to going clear,
we tossed 3 retiles/and, 1 insect,
from the 32nd dimension

NOW, we can hear our song ~ perfectly

and, nothing can run interference with us

The food question ~ pointed at susan,
should actually be pointed at GNOSIS,
she is the one, to our knowledge,
that did 40 days, without food ...

although we do NOT need much food,
and, know how to eat ether, and, moon/star/sun energies, etc.,
absolutely everyone needs water ~ and, some food
(in our opinion)
i am NOT so sure, that GNOSIS, did NOT have absolutely nothing,
in the 40 days ~

there is a lot of value in raw diets,
and, vegan diets, although some blood types require meat,
or, at least fish, we still eat some fish/and, some seafood !!!
and, a lot of veggies ~ plants and, plant juices are important ~
and, since about 80%+ of you, is water ~ good quality water is most
important
