Someone once said that there are only two certainties in life - death and taxes. That person obviously lived in a civilised (?) country. In many third-world countries they don't run to taxes. So, that only leaves one certainty.

The point I'm getting at is that, seeing as how death is inevitable, why worry about it? Just get on with your life doing what you do best, :thumb_yello: and handle the transition to the next spiritual level when it happens. :mf_popeanim:

This is a great question. My first thought was that every moment of thinking is a meditative moment and internal change to either be more solidified in one's beliefs or evolving onward into a different being. That once one is in a place of thinking and perception it is reflected outwardly in some means.


I would have chosen the "both" option as well. I do what I can outwardly, though I can procrastinate very well. I can say that if I had to choose one option of internal vs. external then internal would win out, but that may be also linked to my solidified belief that as above (spiritual) so below (physical). Change externally can also be a backward change, but that is also linked to internal machinations.

Best thread on this site for quite a while ......... outstanding actually, alot of excellent information with-in from all.

yeah the answer for me is Both also (cant vote on that lol), but a 50-50 spread ....... they both are vitally important as i feel one cannot go without the other.
