Then the big boom comes when 90% think you have just taken up cliff diving and you hit your head. Then you insist within yourself of the let down that you have experienced that you must learn more to prove your point and thats when the over exposure starts , overload, and frustration.

It is at this point you need to take a break , go back to your regular routine for a while and re-group, when you come back you'll have that energy again and a different perspective as to what you have been looking for and the desire to continue on, Now you are at the point to create the light by knowledge and by doing so others will follow but all in time.
