Yes it was. I don't normally listen to these fear-mongering videos but I did this one and he definately says planning before the statement. (Its not your fault, the title on Youtube has the same error).

Right now one of the most effective ways of terrifying the unthinking is to "plan for the worst". For example the UK getting mass graves ready, or opening multi million $ call centres for Swine flu. Or "Planning" for martial law.

Its all a social control mechanism and videos like the one posted above can actually make things worse.

Controlling and exploiting the creative/manifestation powers of would-be/should-be divinely powerful humans is the name of the game for the illumunati.

Focus on what you want - not on what you dont want.

Videos like the one above, encourage the latter.

I agree with you Anchor.

Thats not to say we should ignore this type of info. I am sure all of us here are in control of our thought patterns and would not not allow our minds to be Hi-jacked by the TPTW thus creating a manifestation to suit there evil agenda.

Just recieved this ... ?? Just to note she mentions 'what might happen' not that it will... but with the recent 'NATIONAL EMERGENCY' statement it makes you wonder what's on there agenda!!!

I personally don't think it will be the case...as long as we are aware...

I think the whole H1N1 is a decoy- what is really going on behind that since most are focused scared - all we hear about these days is H1N!.
