Same to you!!

For years, I've been working on integrating all the part of myself that have been split (Body-Mind-Spirit).
Through all forms of trauma, these parts were split during childhood.
it's through the work on integrating these that I am finding the oneness of all those and at the same time, beginning to feel the oneness with all.
It's fascinating and undescribeable.

This is what I really appreciate about Avalon... the feeling of camaraderie that pervades the forum. We really do think it is important to express our feelings and get to know each other as well as we can virtually. Such a nice place to visit every day. I do look forward to it. I know this....beyond cognition. And lately? I have been physically hurting because of the perceived separation that exist between us.

I remember being one. I've finally figured out that that is what makes me so attractive to other people... I have that "something..." Its because I am so close to recalling and living the ONE.

I don't know how much longer my heart can hold out. The ache is killing me.

Breathing.... deep loving breaths. Thank you all... for knowing this, too. We are not ever alone. It helps in the mean time.

Ah shucks. I love you all. But not so close...I don't even know you.

I'm increasingly schizophrenic regarding the love/hate of myself and others. I'm experiencing a deeper love and appreciation of myself and others...but also an increasing annoyance regarding the stupidity and failings of myself and others. There is also a corresponding increase in the level of hope and despair...simultaneously.

I've even been feeling love toward Reptilians and Greys...and any other non-human intelligent beings...including 'Demons' and 'Satan'. This doesn't mean that I'm ok with enslavement, extermination...and humans as food. And this doesn't mean that I'm going to worship and obey anyone or anything. Just the opposite. But I'm wondering what really led up to the current problems. I'm thinking that the enslavement, extermination, exploitation thing goes way, way back...and has been perpetrated by both human and non-human 'intelligent' beings. An attempted violent 'Final Solution' to the 'Great Controversy Between Christ and Satan' will never work. Let's just skip the Battle of Armageddon. Perhaps if we eliminate the concept of 'God'...period...we don't have to play 'Masters of the Universe'...and fight over who gets to be 'God'...and who gets to be 'The Master Race' or 'God's Chosen People'. See below:
